I absolutely love Lyle McDonald. he may be abrasive but he's honest
So if you're running 3 different compounds like Test, Deca and primobolan for 16 weeks, would you run them at the same time or start with deca for 6-8 weeks then switch to primo?
He says something then you ask him if he just said that. Come on😆
1:08:12 "they don't use the split" regarding Chinese weightlifters is just inaccurate. There are only a couple of the top Chinese lifters that squat jerk. The rest of their top lifters all split jerk and a couple power jerk.

lol In an interview he mentioned he went to Arizona State University because of some "unfortunate socio-political views that he held at the time" classic libertarian really, including the arrogance. Still cracks me up the idea of having socio-political views that dictate you go to Arizona for your university degree wtf
Funny how Broderick says he was heavily into track and field, yet does not know how sprinters train. Totally arrogant guy!

@@TeamEvilGSP Number of subscribers and profile pic are irrelevant. Speak to any world class sprint coach and they would laugh in your face. Your "knowledge" of passing T:ET ratio tests is also way off the mark, with very few exceptions.
