Ukraine does not have endless supplies of human meat. 140 million to 40 million population has a lot to do with it. Ukraine has had high losses also just no where near Russias. We are'nt oblivious to the high loss of soldiers like the way others are oblivious to Russia's genocide on Ukrainians. Ukraine was simply using what they had left wisely. Ukraine's mliitary can do so much more with so much less than russia can. That's obvious is it not?

This is about a week or two out of date already; two days ago the number was 880 sq km so with the expansion of the line east of Vovchansk yesterday, I'm certain RU gain is over 1000 sq km as of today. All of AFU's trained troops are engaged; they have no ready reserves. Reports say they have 100K or so conscripts ready to be trained but they can't train them in large numbers in Ukraine because RU rules the sky. I hate to say we told you so two years ago, but we told you so two years ago...

Because if you are defending you need to have defenses covering all areas - if you attack you don't need an overall superiority in manpower across the whole front, you just need to have a local superiority in combat power.

Some politicians offering Ukraine such a parable. A thief has stolen a thousand dollars from you, and you are offered to negotiate: five hundred dollars to you, five hundred remains to the thief, and you part peacefully. Then the thief steals from someone and makes an agreement: I return half, and keep half for myself. They want to allow Russia to do such a good business.

With the ubiquity of smartphones and very small low-power video camera IC's, this is the most well documented war ever. There is a vid going around all the summary channel today of a Russian soldier moving from one trench to another all by himself. You can clearly see at least three FPV drones try to hit him but only one got close enough to even cause him to hit the dirt. The crazy thing is *he walks like he isn't even afraid of instant death* ; two detonate behind him and he doesn't even hurry. You can tell he's carrying a lot of weight but it is hard to tell exactly what it is other than his rifle. The bloggers speculate either AFU drone corps is less experienced due to losses, or the soldier was carrying some kind of personal anti-drone tech causing the drones to go out of control once they got near him. 21st century warfare.

Why are the media continually giving russia praise who are the aggressors and started this war. The Ukrainians are underdogs but put up a very good fight and deserve all praise for their efforts .GOD BLESS the Ukrainians.

Yes, send women into battle, we need equality and diversity on the frontline, equal reperesentation. Why should women be locked out of military service, let them prove themselves..

Ukraine shouldn't have listened to NATO's cooing to join them and remained neutral, what did they think Putin would do knowing that Nato bases would appear on the Russian-Ukraine border less than three hundred miles from the centre of Moscow, open the city gates to them?

Better to read both sides, isn’t it? All we get is the usual Ukraine are the plucky heroes and Russia keeps missing all their targets except for a few maternity hospitals and primary schools.

@@waylingtons Not everyone falls for propaganda. Some people are independent thinkers who prefer to find the truth rather than live in a comfortable fantasy world. Using sources from all sides and not taking anything at face value is a good way to operate when trying to determine truth in a conflict like this.

Don't know about Ruzzia, but bots have been advancing like it's 2022
