We had a few minutes left at the end of one of my science lessons at school so the teacher was like "Hey, wanna see what happens when you set fire to angel delight?" The flames went so high it burnt the ceiling. And half the class was like "yeah! burn it! i hate angel delight!". How the hell can anybody hate angel delight?

+Catie They're frustrated because they do not find any satisfaction in online gaming and social media and that is what they're taught to like. They never fully experienced being carefree and build a treehouse or a sandcastle, because mom was there to post it on FB and tell her how many likes it got. They're missing something essential (human contact, real social situations, a carefree youth and a pressure-free-environment without judgemental people) and they don't know where to find it, so they get angry and frustrated and take it out on everything around them.

I'm 13 and I find this completely true because I grew up in an extremely rural village, but i go to a secondary school in the city and they lived completely different lives from me. I was also told when I was younger that Angel Delight was made from dead angels...
I love Russell Howard 💞💞

Most comedians use same material a good few times. The only times when they don't really do it is when they interact with the audience. It's normal.
My science teach had a game when he was young where you'd ask a little kid what were the name of the towers that carried electricity and they would say pylon and the. You'd pile on top of them
Russel: I would have thought you were a wizard Sky: Write that down, write that down
i got sent a link from my english teacher to see this, one of the best yet 😭😭
the picture of russell when he was a child XD
I'm so in love with Russell
"You’re a wizard, Ha-Russell."
This is why I love living in and being from the UK it is because of people like Russell and shows about complaining.
I'm with Russell on this, I remember when eating something as simple as Ambrosia custard (a.k.a one of the poshest sounding things that isn't posh at all) was like eating a little peace of heaven, it was bloody amazing (or at least it was for me). It also feels like kids standards have slipped a bit if they genuinely think Swegways (the famously misnamed "hoverboard") are worth owning. Don't get me wrong, I wasted money on moon shoes but at least they were sold as something awesome (I can jump higher than I could ever jump before!); what's awesome about leaning forwards and moving at a walking pace? When a cheap £10 to £20 scooter or skateboard can move faster than a £100 to £200 swegway (especially downhill) and is agile enough to perform tricks you can damn well bet that as a kid I would've gone for the scooter or skateboard. Shit, in secondary school I owned Heelys; now _those_ are definitely better value than a swegway....at least until you use them in the mud but at least they're washable.
@bowmaj8666
Жыл бұрын
I truly think that the only reason that Swegways are popular among kids these days is because they can go out and get some fresh air whilst eating a giant pack of Doritos without getting any exercise that they so desperately need!
Tiny Russel is soooooo cute 😂 xx
do kids not have to learn recorder anymore? I'm 17 and I had to

Had to take the bus for 5 hours then slept in the train station cause the next one was 6 am the next morning and turned out i knew all the jokes kind of disappointed.. i thought because it was a tour then maybe there's a new dvd and new material still my favourite comedians but that night was overall shitty

Obviously comedians have to utilise their material and repeat jokes; that’s a given and all comedians do it. But I have heard that bloody recorder joke more times than I’ve heard my own ringtone. He really does have to change it up a bit more often.
When he did the whining tubby kid I thought of Cartman from South Park lol, even sounded like him!
1:28 Harry your a wizard!
When I was little, my dad used to tell me that there was a fairy in every fairy cake bun. I would take these massive bites to see if I could catch sight of the fairy inside the bun, and then when I couldn't find it, I'd just eat it, thinking that the fairy was still inside. I was a horrible 2-3 year old. XD
Angel Delight - amazing! Do you remember that other chocolate sauce that you would squirt over ice cream as a chocolate liquid and then after a few minutes it had hardened! What was that....that was amazing too. Wonder why they don't make it anymore! Can you get angel delight still as well?
Omg I went to this show😳😂
1:08 - That's a look that says _”I_ was on TV in the 80's..."
😂😂😂👏👏Dead Angels
You're a wizard, Princey.
we still have the recorder thing in primary schools
I hate it when adults complain about kids today being grumpy all the time when they shouldn't be because they have better technology and stuff than when they were kids themselves. There's a connection between having too much free access to luxuries and being a miserable shit - kids today are addicted to so much stuff from an early age and no one even notices, they just complain that they play video games too much, eat too much food, spend too much time on phones, and so on. It's no wonder that kids act the way they do.
It’s ironic how this BBC show came from the Room 101 in 1984, which was inspired by a BBC conference room.
Angel delight made me hyper so my dad told me it was the clumsy angels that fell of a cloud
mate we still have to play the fucking Recorder
12 year old Russel has amazing eyebrows
I'm around the same age as Russell and its true about the TV being awash with offenders in the 80s
You're a wizard russel
pile ups still happen someone at my school had to go to hospital because he really hurt himself
People still do ‘pileups’ except it’s called stacks on, at least where live
I had to learn the recorder In 2013
He's very right
I heard the Wagamama thing in 2 videos in a row 😂
puberty went well for him
Ur a wizard Harry
He looks like a bad stunt double for Harry Potter as a kid 😂😂

Anyone know what kind of shoes he's wearing?
12 year old Russel has 👌👌👌eyebrows 😯
We still play pile on
If kids ask for a Cornetto and get a little box of raisins, their parents are daft. Dried fruit of any kind is loaded with sugar - more than a Cornetto!
Angel delights is the best
I've just realised (after hours of watching Russel Howard) he makes the same jokes over and over....the recorder thing is mentioned a lot

Dog piles or bundles were the shit!
1:35 He looks like a blond Harry Potter!
He's made that recorder joke so many times
tons of people played the recorder? not me OCCARINA.
Did you know that when I tried to post a link to this video on FB, they refused it because it "violated community standards" ? FYI, four days previously I had reported the post of a well-known Republican member of the American House of Representatives for advocating prison camps and mass deportations, and was overruled by FB...
Tbf I would be grumpy too, after seeing one of his stand-up shows.
Raisins are sugar bombs. As is all dried fruit.

Few comedians are as annoying as Russell. He is now by far the most egregious Russell.
"A whining, tubby mess." Thanks, Mr. Progressive Body-shaming Is Bad." You're so great most of the time, and then something like this slips out and it's like a slap in the face.
