hi everyone ,if anyone else is searching for working through shin splints try Mackorny Run Fast Blueprint (do a search on google )? It is a good one off product for getting rid of shin splints minus the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my partner got excellent success with it.

I think this video is the best single all in one guide on shin splints - I have watched a ton and seen all the medical, PT, chiro, etc. All helped some but the exercises you showed keep it simple and easier to stick with than all the multiple exercises my PT guy gave me.

Wey neta que tú eres la onda!! Muchas gracias! Recientemente empecé a correr más e inscribirme a carreras (just bc I was bored) I’ve been running for 6 years but only at the un in the treadmill, rarely outside but now I am becoming a real runner. 5 years ago I got a strained quadricep and that fck me up really bad forever, everytime I increase the speed or mileages per week, my leg started hurting, but not only that, eventually the knee and then I get shin splints. Finally I started googling my injuries and I couldn’t understand well (en ingles no, no mames, y es español tampoco 😂) then i come to KZread and found your video about knee pain/runners knee and you opened my mind and showed me a whole new world! And I like how fun you make it! Thanks, please sigue iluminándonos con tu wiseness!
This video helped me so much, you have no idea. I was getting shin splints even when i just walked too fast. Now i can do a 5k every other day with no pain. I think the most important thing was changing my running posture.

Aztec Athletics hey so I’ve had shin splints for a little less than 4 months and I’ve been on a 4 week break from running but my pain still persists. I’ve tried foam rolling, icing, compression sleeves, orthotics and I have pt but nothing seems to be working. I also take epsom salt baths pretty often. Do you have any tips to getting better since my cross country season is in about 2 weeks? Also the pain is in the inside part of my shin and it’s a pain in the bone.
Sense of humour on 10 😍 love it
Man this is a great video bruh. I thought I was having major problems with my left leg but you just explained it all. I mean down to why I was having the pain and where. I've been doing exactly what you said causes shin splits. Switched it all up. Thanks bruh! (Got damn it hurts, 😂!)
