Cartels don't sell the drugs in person, microtraffickers do, and people do stand in the corner to sell drugs, specially in the slums, its usually like a park or other public places where delinquents hang out. His story is deff fake nevertheless, cartels get involved in physically selling the drugs when its large ammounts....

It was someone that worked foe the cartel. A resort city=rich tourists. The cartel doesn't leave money on the table. They make money exporting and also in the national market. I've been to Cabo and seen 50 different coke dealers all selling the exact same work in the exact same packaging. I seen dudes get arrested for pissing on the street but you could buy coke from one of the street dealers right in front of the cops. They got everything sewn up down there. Those dudes might not have been in the cartel, but either their boss was or his joss DEFINITELY was
