Why would cartel members be running an entire operation where they scam people into opening a bag just so they can collect fake money from people without money and get nothing in return?   Dude thinks he’s dealing with the cartel lol u got finessed but some low level dudes the cartel doesn’t go up trynna sell bags of weed and fs u not gonna see the leader of the cartel the day u ever see the leader of the cartel that’s cuz he ordered u to get executed infront of him for disrespecting him and even then that’s rare to even see a cartel leader there the foot soldiers that run the town do all the work while the leader stays in a nice as mansion somewhere safe in Mexico free from law enforcement and fully secured by his most loyal hitmen calling shots and having people below him run different sections in different towns looking over the city making sure rival cartels don’t come into there area
