This is what society in the UK is becoming - it is increasingly breeding generations with more and more people having no introspection, no ability to empathize or sensitive to how their behaviour affects other people, etc. the kid had no idea he was being rude because he hasn't been brought up right. People then reacted to that by being abusive in return which sadly is probably the only thing which would get through to him but prompted a reaction in kind because he doesn't understand why he was on the receiving end of that behaviour and doesn't understand why people were getting upset with him. Sadly though reason is lost on these people and trying a more constructive approach likely wouldn't have ended up any better.

What kind of arrogant SOB, steps in front of the lady, waiting to have her photo, pretends he's some big shot reporter asking questions of a guard on duty, and getting testy? Well done Buska calling out that behaviour. The guard did an amazing job controlling the horse, and BRAVO to the MOD police officer, running over almost knocking the "big shot" turned "coward in cuffs" down.
