The amount of Pam spray he used always cracks me up. I’ve seen every Ronnie video multiple times, but it’s always a treat! Just a monster of a man and a great human being over all. YEAH BUDDY!!!!

Thx for this nostalgy moment
Watching Ronny get into the H1 is one of the hardest things I’ve ever witnessed
This man had genetics, a physique and strength from another planet Effort, he gave his life in each training session Passion and love for Bodybuilding. He trained in somewhat precarious facilities with rusty and dirty machinery. He is the true legend of Bodybuilding.
Rc8 respect ❤

I first came across Ronnie Coleman in 2005 while reading a copy of Flex magazine while incarcerated. Been locked in ever since. He's always been my favorite. Him and Victor Martinez. At the same time Mariusz Pudzianowski was making History in WSM. They both were an big inspiration on my earlier lifting days. Top tier athletes. Ronnie had everyone wanting to lift crazy weight. Fast forward to nowadays in this internet/KZread era, sure there's a lot of guys that's stronger, but it doesn't have the same effect. He like Mariusz are once in a lifetime talents. He's truly the king of BB. #RC8
Ronnie is a source of inspiration for me thanks to him I have somahara

Gym owner got his physique just from spotting Ronnie
Arnold had iconic chest, but this is whole another level
The question I keep hearing in the bodybuilding world online is, do you think Ronny would have been even better if he lifted more scientifically. I honestly don’t think so, he squeezed every bit of energy out of the muscles and ate like 4 men. I think he could have got more longevity with another style but it would have sacrificed that last 10% of shear brute force. Even his behind the head tricep extension is more of a forearm workout but that probably gave him the ability to press such ridiculous weights on other exercises. King Ron 👑

I think if he had lowered the weight a little and squeezed more on contractions, he would have been even bigger.

@@Howardlifts I doubt it. He almost definitely almost maxed out his size, but you never know though. Maybe 1 pound bigger or maybe even a tiny bit smaller, hard to say. It would be so little difference though that I don't think it's worth mentioning.

@@daedevillewrestling Yeah, maybe 1 pound bigger, but I think more than likely he would be the same size or even smaller than he was.
Chest workout starts at 19:44.
This is the DVD from his training from 2003. The year he was close to 300 completely shredded with no body fat, insane. I have never seen this DVD. I would like to at some point.

Lmao, at 4:25, he's like im not sure i like this shit then looked in the kitchen 😂
can i use it for my tiktok’s?
The super heavy compound both built hi and broke him. He pushed the envelope of what was capable to achieve but unfortunately paid a huge price later in life. Such a shame for such a great guy doing what he loved. I hope he is feeling well. His passion for training is in his blood.
Ronnie doing lengthened partials on bench 🗿
Any ab exercise just made his midsection bigger lmao
Why don’t we see this guy today?
I counted like 4 working sets to failure for chest and around 3-4 for triceps. Seems around the sweet spot for max volume in a session (4-6 sets)
@billj4525
9 күн бұрын
Ronnie worked really hard on his max sets usually, but he wouldn't do multiple sets with the same weight like others do. His volume was never that crazy, although he did work his muscle twice a week, only one day he pushed himself with the really heavy weight. I know he mentioned in an interview switching to once a week sometimes as well since he didn't feel he was getting anything out of his light days. Ronnie was about going heavy and pushing hard to failure, a lot of intensity.
