To all the younger weight trainers out there I understand Ronnie Coleman is the goat but please don't push yourself as far as he did when I was younger I used to give it my all even when I felt pain I couldn't stop lifting it was the only thing that brought me joy in life I wanted to be like my heros and now I'm 22 and I have a torn right rotator cuff and a pretty badly torn hip and no matter what I do for the rest of my life i will always regret those decisions even If I had surgery my life will no longer be normal I won't be able to run cross country anymore a lot of my life has been impacted bc of my ignorance so my message is please don't train a muscle group more than 2-3 times a week also give 48-72 hours of rest for each muscle group you trained please don't go super heavy on your lifts you can build a lot of mass with lighter weights and more repetitions and perfect form your diet is 80 to 90% of your physique so please if something hurts or you don't feel comfortable doing a lift or you feel like you put too much weight on the bar don't attempt the lift I'm not here to trying to knock bodybuilding it's a great sport I just want y'all to be healthy and happy and not ruin your whole fu*king life over pride or ignorance like me so everyone have a good day thank you❤️

Jason Muir Yes you can. You can increase the strength of your bone through training, how do you think martial artists are able to break bricks? Through biology, your body must repair and become stronger after it is damaged. That's what happens with your muscles when you exercise, you rip them and they repair and become stronger. Here's an article: www.scifighting.com/2013/12/08/19992/kickboxers-get-tougher-bones/ Also ronnie is already 52. Still as healthy as ever. You get joint problems when you stop training.
