The reason she is one of the best actresses of our generation is because she is real, and her reality is adaptive, she takes a persona and owns it, this interview is the real Jacquie Mac, yet when she takes that breath before morphing so convincingly into character, this easy going, straight talker becomes whomever she is required to be. Many times, the word chameleon has been used to describe this phenomenally talented actress, I think that is an expression showing the limited vocabulary of the critic or commentator, her skill in her craft is more akin to that of a Norse God or perhaps a sorceress, able to be someone other than themselves, not just act, be, the fact that this fine actress has never had an academy award nomination is a clear example of the lack of reality within the Academy in America. I think, in my humble opinion, when she gets her first, it won't be her last, and there will be a significant number of them. Talent this natural, with a physical appearance that is just as adaptable, Jacqueline McKenzie is perhaps the most underrated actress to have graced NIDA, and whilst she has had some great scripts, done some amazing work, the right script for this Lady is yet to meet her, when it does, the world will see her for what she is, the best actress of our generation.

Bullshit. It was inanely naive and self gratuitous. Depicting her preparation for the film as if it was a walk in the street for the sufferers of the conditions she portrayed.

Seems like the floral dress was a trend and still is... but not many people can pull that look off, I guess the dress compliments her but I want to see the outfit as a whole... with the matching shoes...

She exudes beauty, especially during the Matt Dillon story.
