Rocabado's 6x6 Jaw Exercises - Modified Accelerated version
Mariano Rocabado's famous 6x6 Jaw / TMJ exercises are demonstrated once each.
You can repeat as many as just once or 6 times per exercise, 6 times per day to complete in its entirety.

Hey, I have another question for you regarding your third exercise -- resisting opening and closing the mouth: I've been playing with these two, and enjoying allowing my jaw to actually move through a full range of motion with each of these movements (so my mouth _actually_ opens and _actually_ closes). Have you any insights regarding this -- i.e., do you know of any benefits and/or precautions when performing these two exercises _in motion,_ like this?

@@jimreadey2743 First thing first. These are general exercises and does Not constitute specific exercises required for you. Please see your own health care professional for your specific needs. Having said all that, in general if it is painful in any way during or after exercise or clicks more often or loudly, it should be ceased immediately and again seek assessment and treatment from your own healthcare professional.
