Yeah, Use Ctrl + L to change local to global. (Method Number 4) Also forgot to mention that you should use Increments in method No. 3 (Arching). For better Arching, use "5 in Rotate" and "0.05 for Moving"

Chillnax _ I recommend looking at other peoples builds for references, if you wanna get better than practice random building. Stuff like showcase games and the vibe genre. I also recommend using 0.1 increment or 0.5 as a increment, I use it and it makes my builds more even out. 0 studs is for small details and such. You can also use images from google as references. Build stuff you have on your mind. I have a discord, you can contact me if you like, I’m on all the time. Discord: Andrew.#3079

About the first tip, if you worked with a 0.1 increment instead of 0.02 which is stupid it would be much easier to do. About the arch, you could simply use resize align instead of spamming gapfill. To prevent the parts from clipping with each other you could simply make them properly and not put them inside each other.

More tips: use increments in halfs 1, .5, .25, .125 to make it easy to line stuff up. A way to line corners up perfectly on corners with simple math is clone the block, then move the block so the middle of the block is on the edge of the other block you want to rotate about, then turn your block and move it into place. Probably hard to understand but a video would make it clear. There is also plugins that do this easier, which works too

Tip from what I have learned and my experience before not bothering to do it: when you’re searching for an item, all ways check the script of that item, there was loads of red trees I put in my game and somebody had scripted a virus in it, I didn’t know this until I was on my sister account playing the game, and then a random dude join called dememetion or something like that, (I had HD admin in the game) he has admin, when I had never granted him access, he had brooks and all, I went on my main acc and asked his friend, he finally broke loose and told me to look in the trees. This happened again another time. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did heh 😅

Glad to say as building alone for 6 or 7 off-and-on years, I basically discovered all of these myself. What I do to get a moldable sphere is adding a brick part, inserting a "special mesh" object into it, and then choosing "sphere" in it's properties. I haven't used mesh-packs since the old days of using C-frame in game, but maybe it'd be a good idea and would expand the tools for building new things. Someone pointed out that in studio you can press Ctrl+L to fix that local/global movement issue. But one thing that fex *actually* does have up on studio is resizing. Technically you can select a bunch of blocks and resize them all individually at the same time, as opposed to resizing them as a group (last I checked, I don't use fex.) But they'd all have to be aligned the same way, or the direction you want them to be resized. This could be considered a downside at certain times though

Quick tip : For the first tip u can actually use f3x much faster, i build skateparks and stuff so what i do is place a cylinder and then duplicate it go to the plugin f3x click on add mesh select sphere then i make it the size which u can copy from the properties and there we go, also if u wanna make rails and fences u can use the plugin pipes! Hope this helps

I've done studio for about 7 years and I found some of these things very helpful. Especially the arches. I've been using buildV4 for that. Good video. I would recommend you not to use unions as much though, they tend to cause a lot of problems in terms of lag
