Plan to get a small grill on home time.

I got a 3 burner gas coleman with griddle that I sit on cat walk. It's winter now so get crock pot. I can set that coleman up and put it up in 5 minutes. We seared some chicken thighs on it and made jerk chicken in electric crock. I also recommend a blend jet. Yeah that skillet sucks.

Yea that’s why I ended up with a electric burner and a medium pot I can use for many things 😂 I plan to get a few more things but they will have to wait or go in a rotation since I go to class to be a trainer next week then give training a shot. But I’ll look into the gas Coleman and a crock pot for sure in between students while I run solo. Thanks

Cook the bacon in the microwave on a bacon plate. When I get in my own truck I’m going to get a microwave/ air fryer combination. You can cook pretty much anything in an air fryer.

I’ve heard good things about air fryer’s. I’ve been thinking about getting one I didn’t know they had a microwave air fryer combo. And as far as microwave bacon I haven’t had good experiences in the past I didn’t even know there was a thing called a bacon plate
