Really enjoyable video. The Roaster is a great idea for 12V cooking. I recently looked at the same one at a Truck Stop thinking it would be a great option for our Chevy Classic Explorer Co Conversion Van. Your meal looked yummy 😋 😍 and not complicated so it would also work well in our Motorcoach for boondocking too. Yep, adding it to my kitchenware for sure! It works great but doesn't brown as much as higher temps do. But it was tasty.

For easy cleanup when using my crockpot, I found crockpot liners which are plastic liners, sorta like the bags you cook turkeys in. They work great. You might see if they'll work for you. Love the idea of this roaster.

Great idea, don't know if there is one small enough or if a bigger one would work. It's basically the 6x9 inch size.

It's perfect for a small roast or ham plus some veggies. Definitely perfect for 1 person. I have another video coming out that is breakfast cooked in it.

I use cheap vodka for my disinfectant spray. It doesn't leave behind a smell. Yeah, people at Applebee's are definitely not getting that spectacular view. Lol. I'm glad you guys had a good Thanksgiving dinner. It looked yummy. 🙂🦃🤗🐓 "No pie for you!" LOL, Derec. 😁

All the while I thought the EB55 was a fast charging power station, now I realized it does charge slow compared to other brands.

It does fibe for us. We have had no issues with it. I keep it charged from driving or the 200w panel without a problem 🤷‍♀️

I have the same model along with the solar panel, and the panel weighs a ton. Wish bluetti makes a lighter one. But i like bluetti brand👍

Question about that roaster. I see the top lid clamps down. Is there a rubber seal that stops steam from getting out? Would it stop liquid from getting out if it was accidentally tilted or sloshed around too?

Yes...there is a seal. Nothing can slosh around. It makes like an oven that cooks at 250 degrees, so cook times need to be adjusted accordingly.

Yes it can be used while driving...truckers do it all the time. Maybe it would be good on a passenger seat or floorboard 🤔😊

That EB55 would have been a good power station if it had a port to connect an extra battery.

For us as a back up battery it is perfect! We already have a 200ah Renogy Battery. I like how it has a bigger inverter than other batteries its size. Because of that, I can use other appliances that are over 600watts.

It's more of a slower cooking. Definitely can't fry, but you can absolutely cook & reheat most things as long as you have enough power.

I purchased that one and the on-off switch burned up in less than a month. Truckers beware.

That sucks! Been using mine for well over a year without issue! I'm sure RoadPro would let you exchange it. I know if you bought it from Amazon, you can get your money back 😉 I have had issues with other things I have bought from them & they take things back no questions asked especially if they are that new.
