It's kind of like how Tim's character is a void without any virtue or philosophy at his core. A vessel that can be endlessly refilled with whatever new flavors/projects that happen to suit him and his ego at any given moment. The pure essence of a media career striver. This has got to be one of the most dedicated fan based channels of a series

The Oscar medley is one of the greatest live musical performances I have ever witnessed.

Easily the most jarring and heartbreaking band-breakup since the Beatles, arguably even more so. Thanks for the touching video, and R.I.P. Tom Cruise Jr.

It just hit me that "Farewell, Tom Cruise" is basically "Empty Bottle".

Were going to hear more with Tim and LaRue tho, right? I mean, I'm just a casual fan, really more of a Gregghead too, but that stuff with LaRue was off the chain. Really made me feel alive. Like we're on the verge of new uncharted territories.

You need to come to terms that you're really a LaRuxHead.

He said they're probably done which means they're definitely not done. I was also surprised to hear that DKR falls under the Dekkar brand. Not a connection I had previously made but it does recast DKR's hit song MTBTL2.0 in a new, interesting light.

Can’t believe this day is actually upon us. I expected dekkar to live on forever

The brilliance of Tim Heidecker is that these songs are actually frustratingly catchy and close to what they are lampooning. "Trigger Everything" has a melody in its chrous that could fit right in with mainstream alt rock mainstays of the 90s.

Gregg’s quiet ‘nice’ got me

thanks for making this, there is so much content sometimes these special memories go forgotten

Ugh I remember that first Oscar Special performance like it was yesterday. Kids today will never know real music.

They may as well have created music, they were that good

I love how not lying under oath for Tim after giving a literal hand and face to him makes him feel so betrayed

This is as good as a show can get and It’s so great that they’re still making these kind of shows.

Damn this hits hard, Dekkar was always the shining star of On Cinema. True to the spirit of the show and a master of all musical genres. With them gone I feel drained and scared. I guess... I guess I feel like an empty bottle.

I hope Axiom and Manual continue on with their music careers, they were the real talent and creative force behind the band. Once Tim got a small taste of success it all went to his big head. They’ll probably get back together next season anyways... And it’s so funny to see how Gregg hated anything Dekkar right from the beginning lol be never even gave it a chance. #FreeMark

1:23 tears are just streaming down my face seeing those lost souls and poor Tom Cruise Jr. who didn't even make it to Kindergarten and Dr. San. All Dr. San wanted to do is heal, and he dies trying. Nothing but respect for those two fine people.....and Gregg.

Dekkar came on when I was sleeping once while I was sleeping and I literally woke up because the music was offending me so much and I assumed it was some hollywood shit and had to turn it off. Like, I was genuinely pissed off and angry and half asleep. It woke me up.

The band ran it's course and they had an amazing run. Looking at great bands of the past Van Halen wasn't the same without David Lee Roth, Dekkar wouldn't be the same without Tim. Hopefully Axiom and Manuel let the band just die, a reunion tour one day might be in the cards though!

They keep this song so fresh. But sometimes I think Tim asks too much from his brothers. And he shouldn’t act so entitled to other people’s body parts.
