I know grandmasters who still wear a worn out black belt but their belt is red.

Yes! Master Rickson encourages the diaphragmatic breathing during the techniques.

She is doing the diaphragmatic breathing tough by Master Rickson. Master Rickson teaches that is important to keep exhaling during the trainning.

That shushing sound is fuggin’ annoying.
Had to stop watching , all i could focus on was the breathing lol
Girls breathing is so distracting
Of course everything that Rickson says and does is amazing… but that annoying breathing sound, do it in your own training. I have to watch the videos because Rickson’s word is gospel, just cut the annoying breathing out and I’ll sign up! I get it’s a part of Rickson’s methodology, but your don’t hear Rickson making it his annoying sound while teaching, please make it stop!!!
Who is breathing like that? Its super annoying.
