    While in the Marines, I often heard a Marine Sniper tell us young Marines "Weak minds make weak bodies." They taught us to push ourselves far more than we ever could imagine. It was very freeing and awesome to realize what we did after the fact when everything in our body told us to just quit. It is so easy to just quit. Overcoming that feeling makes you ten times stronger.

    It's happening just as I said it would...the healing phase of being "scared to death" is pneumonia, aka "flu". So as people are released from the solitary confinement of their homes (because of media and government lies based on the fraudulent Germ Theory), and people begin to get happy and feel less stressed, the result will be the healing phase....of pneumonia, flu, colds, general sickness. You can also see the light sensitivity, appendicitis in some, numerous tooth problems and gum swelling, laryngitis, etc. The fear campaign has caused ALL the illnesses, not a Boogey Virus. Every disease is based on the Germ Theory, which was the theory of ONE man over 100 years ago. It was never proven to be 100% valid, and has not even been QUESTIONED again. Why? In order for a theory to be valid, it must be reproduceable in each and every person 100% of the time. Every single person exposed to a "virus" MUST get sick from it 100% of the time, over and over again. It's how you PROVE a theory is valid. This was never done. Scientists used to think witches and witchcraft were valid!! Educated people?? hahaha!! If you cannot "catch" cancer, arthritis or diabetes from another person, then you cannot "catch" a cold or flu. There is no such thing that only SOME diseases are communicable, but not all. It's either all or none of them...they are all based on the same Germ Theory. If you can't “catch" someone's lung cancer, you can't "catch" their colds or flu. Upsetting and distressing events in a person's life is what causes ALL cancer and cancer-equivalent disease, cold, flu, pneumonia, bronchitis, etc. A massive fear campaign will CAUSE people to be "worried sick", but sickness doesn't happen until people resolve their fears. Why do you think kids get sick in October? Because their fear of going back to school and being upset about it finally dissolves, and they get back into their routines. What the media and government is doing to people is criminal. So of course, when everyone is allowed to escape the hostage situation the governments have put their people into, and they start relaxing about the "scary virus" that's not in any way transmissible, they will begin their healing phase (get sick), and the corrupt governments will call it a different “scary” word, a different Boogey Man coming to get you.....repeat the same mistakes that never worked from the beginning, re-institute the same restrictions that only made people more traumatized, and more panic will ensue as well as martial law, a removal of all your rights, and you let it happen. The longer people allow this government to hold them hostage in their homes, the more severe the "sickness" will be. Western Medicine is pure fraud, and people's lives are destroyed because of it. Welcome to the United States of China.

    @@silveriver9 the people who simp over the “Gracie family” make me cringe. I had one BJJ guy tell me “dude you don’t know proper Brazilian / Japanese name of this move you just caught the other guy in” and I said no what’s the point? He attempted to argue that true BJJ: martial artists know the names. But then I told him “you’re a brown belt and I’m just a sambo wrestler guy and I submit you pretty much anytime we roll. I don’t know all the names of the moves I do but I know how to do them. You know all the names of the moves but you can’t catch me in them. So who is the actual martial artist?” Complete silence and then a laugh and “good point”. I’ve seen more people like this with the emergence of popularity in MMA and BJJ. So many people who buy books to study the Gracies and their philosophies. What a waste of time - if your goal is to defend yourself or learn how to fight then you should spend all your time training the actual skills and not wasting time simping.

    I never got Spotify until now. We all can gain from this interview. If we have problems or conflicts we can solve them on the mat and with the right mindset and technical abilities. Instead of giving in to hate, fear, and paranoia we can heal ourselves and our fears by meeting on the mat. We have to stop war, hate, and death. Once we fight each other we can know each other and that way we can build a true relationship that will expel the negative thoughts, emotions, and negative compulsions that have plaques us in humanity for so long.

    There is no love without hate, no peace without war and no life without death. We can redirect the things we oppose but they will manifest elsewhere. War is in our blood. We can make things temporarily better or worse but we will never stop being the human animal. If you want to stop war and surface issues people have to first overcome things like desire, greed, jealously, insecurity.. It would be like expecting a cat to bark like a dog.

    I need this I always have doubts in my head even though I put in the work when it comes to sparring my hands feel heavy and I’m like to scared to throw a punch I hate that feeling only way to get rid of it is spar more so hopefully one day I’ll be comfortable

  • @Prog242

    @Prog242

    2 жыл бұрын

    Don't just spar more, get the biggest, toughest guy in your gym, the guy you're the most afraid of and tell him to just go as hard as he can, once you feel that fear creeping in, think about how that was Rickson against King Zulu and just keep going. Worst thing that could happen is you waking up never. soooooo just don't die and it's ez gg. also another thing that might help is, if you ever feel like the chaos is too much, focus on your breathing.

A lot of times I realize it's not my own voice but what I fear people are thinking about me. I have to only listen to the positive voices. If I can do it hearing voices screaming at me so can others.
