The Breath of Thra was an amazing concept.

Brilliant. The draining scenes were just so freaky, especially Tollin's reaction (who was just as brainwashed "loyal" as Seladon) talk about a major slap in the face and a stab in the back! I won't say he deserved his fate, but for both him and Seladon, thats what you get for trying to appease and be part of the "in-crowd" who are really a bunch of malevolent bullies and/or dance with the devil(s). I noticed that the Skeksis swooped in on Seladon when she specifically begged "mercy" and the chamberlain said the same, it's as if that word seems to almost trigger them. Once again, Seladon at her most frustrating! I just want to shout at her "You are an idiot! It was all a pretense! They never cared about you, the other gelfling or thra! It was only a matter of time when the truth was revealed of what they really are and once it did, they saw no need to keep up this charade of a system, there would be no reasoning with them, loyalty means nothing to them, everyone is fair game." etc. As a slight arachnophobic, the arathim definitely freaked me out! @@TheLIStorm43 Exactly! On that note, I can't think of anyone other than Mark Hamill who can deliver that role with such twisted perfection! Needless to say, voicing the Joker definitely came in handy!

I honestly think episode 8 is the darkest episode of the show, there's just so much that happened and thou all the episodes are dark this one scared me most 😨 And your so right about the end of the episode, it was such a beautiful moment for Deet and Rian and made me love the show even more 😍. Also I get way people hate Seledon but I think she is a really interesting character , I dont agree with her actions but my heat still broke for her even thou she had it coming . Im really glad that she and brea made up at the end and she was at the start of a atonement arc at the end . Aslo I have a theory that Seledon is Kira mother .🤗

Glad to see another DC fan who doesn’t just hate Seledon. She made a lot of poor decisions but I think this is what makes her the most interesting and nuanced character in the show. Interesting idea if she’s Kira’s mother.

@@kitkatzyy Thanks 🤗 I got the idea for Seledon being Kira mother because the name Kira means Queen and I thought it could more interesting for the story .Can't decide ho the father is thou 🤔. Also I believe that Brea is the one will discover the profesy .

I do hope that there won't be too much magic. I like how the planet itself is a little magical and mysterious. And of course Aughra has some powers and the Gelfling can dreamfast. But that's enough for me. When a character suddenly gets actual superpowers, it feels a little out of place. At least for me. I hope the powers that Deet has will be more of sickness wich she can maybe learn to control a little, than actual magic. But of course there won't be any magic at all in the series because IT WAS CANCELLED!!! :`(
