I’ve got the same 240. Except mine’s not a Torslanda one and it’s from ‘93. it’s my first car and it’s absolutely brilliant. I don’t even mind it being slow because you don’t expect it to be fast. its just a nice car to drive around and it never bores me! by the way torslanda is just some kind of anniversary edition, but the car’s from gothenburg so yeah i’ve got no idea why it’s called torslanda😂 nice vid keep it up

Also here from DDRPMCC. I drive a 1990 Nissan Sunny. Do a 24 mile commute daily and it is my first car. I passed my test 18 months ago, got the sunny a week later. Love driving her and would be happy to meet up if you are down my way anytime. Love the first vid and subscribed. Looking forwards to the next vid!

240 is so cool, it's earned me as a subscriber as I'm considering one as a daily for commuting. 👍👍. As an e46 clubsport owner I'm not quite full retro but it's definitely not boring like modern, **** boxes haha

Just watched this first episode and I'm going to watch the rest tonight too! I think the first episode was great and I'm looking forward to seeing the rest. I drive a 1990 mk2 golf daily and my brother drives a 1985 mk2 fiesta daily and people underestimate how much fun it is!

Use my 1985 Volvo 240 daily, smile everytime I drive her! Used on the school run and will be towing our 1966 Sprite caravan too soon-sub’d ;)

Subscribed for the journey. I currently have 2 mk2 Fiestas, a slightly retro mk6 Escort GTi Estate (all in various shades of disrepair 😊). One of my Fiestas is technically roadworthy, but is awaiting a starter motor, when thats sorted, I may send you a video. I hope this channel picks up momentum, I see good things ahead.

Always fancied a 240. What sort of MPG are you getting? That’s about the only thing that would put me off

MPG is bad with these Even if you have a light foot. Once its going its okay, but town driving with these is really awful for the mileage
