Hi nice to hear from you.how are you.I am in the process of looking for a helper,its hard to find reliable people now a days, it might take a while.but thats the goal.I need somebody to do some cooking,cleaning,do market errand and stay there to watch our dog too.I am like paying a good helper for dog sitting.take care😇

Thanks for your question.we have maxicare health card it covers Md consultation,labs, and ER and if admitted.the rest we have emergency funds for major emergency. And when I turn 65 I will be covered by senior advantage from kaiser.which they cover urgent and emergency situation even we are in the Philippines.Goodluck😇

Hey Nick. I just came across your channel. I am interested in buying a condo in Metro Manila area. Specifically in Makati or Mandaluyong area. What is the current price range of 2 bedroom condo? Do you recommend buying a condo or just do the province life. What is your thoughts now that you lived it and experienced it for 4 years now. Thank you in advance!

Hi thanks for your comment.condo price can range from 6mil to 20 mil pesos.depends on the size,developer and location.For me its nice to have condo in the City,so I have security and not worry about break in. Having like a free hotel in the city, .And I like the house in the province ,it give me peace and quiet.fresh air its all green. And I can do Gardening,plant different fruit trees.But thats me.Everybody is different.Take care.😇

Hi thanks for your question. I didnt have an agent.I purchase the land from an owner thru social media .and found a good group of people to build my house. There is a lot of agents here.you just have to screen them really good.Goodluck😇

No I dont have medicare yet.I am only 59.I cancelled the private hmo that I was paying here in the philippines.For me self insure is better as long as you can afford it. Take care.😇

Magkano ba pension nurse sa us sir...kc yung kahit bahay ko nag retired na nurse sa us dtu na sa pinas half milyon buwan pero dalawa sila sa misis nya nurse din sa us...
