how often do you return to the US in a year? is it true that if you spend 330 or so days outside of the US and return to the US say for one month each year that you will not pay taxes if your income is below 87,000 per year?

I have not return in the US since 2020.not planning unless its needed.no matter how long you stay outside the US you still have to pay federal taxes unless all your income is from roth or after tax.and with state if you dont have any income or pension from the state no need to file.but for me I have my pension and bank accounts in California so I file state but I dont pay much.thanks for your question take care😇
