Pretty nice place for 35,00, but the lot rent is way over budget! I heard & saw a major highway in the background. very noisy!

Got a handyman no HOA looking to sell. I moved. If you know anyone let me know. I'll consider owner carry.

Nice price for the house, however, the real sticker shock is the HOA who can afford that

Lot rent above $1k is fine if there are superb amenities. Otherwise, $14,400.00 per year to live in a “trailer park” is no just no. In five years that’s $72,000.00 just thrown out the window 🪟 😮🎉

Lot rent!! And it will probably go up plus insurance. Looks like some type of water damage in utility room. Nothing is a bargain.

Got one you can list for me. It's a handy man special. No hoa. Lot rents are a scam. Will consider owner carry. $70k cash. Owner carry 80k with half down, 500 a month, only 4.5% interest on remainder. 3/2 mh and land.
