Thanks for the comment.the house is great we spend more time there than the condo.quiet and peaceful.and I get to do my gardening and a lot more.And no my area is flood free zone.tha was my requirement when we bought the land.and we are on the higher elevation in the subdivision.take care be safe😇

People I know who chose to retire in the Phil comes here for their annual physical . Some stay with their kids and some rents a room for their 1 month stay here. It’s good that you have a house where you can have a break from being in a condo in the city. Btw, I’ve retired from Kaiser but not as an RN .
