Removing Layer Lines with UV Resin

Check out this latest make: Praetorian Guard helmet from Mandalorian Season 3
It's been a while since I made a video on how to take raw 3D prints to finished prop. This time I cover how I used UV 3D printer resin to fill and sand away layer lines

Great video! I love using resin to speed up clean up. I like you mentioned safety. Can't mess around with this stuff. Just one criticism... maybe don't have any food or drinks at the workstation. if something flicks off the brush, your coffee could make you sick. Tip: Mix baby powder into some resin off to the side to thicken it up to the consistency of toothpaste to fill gaps and holes. Much faster and easier than going back and forth to the UV light. Fill all the gaps and holes then hit it with light once. Then move on to covering the helmet.

I use a Q-tip and resin for filling smaller imperfections or holes, used to use wood filler but resin is cheaper and quicker also less sanding
