Stress, anxiety, tension-let's say goodbye to them while simultaneously strengthening your back. Your breath remains your powerhouse in this journey, guiding you toward a relaxed nervous system. Take your time in each pose, allowing yourself to sink into the sensations and observe the magic happening within.

Thanks Melissa. I have Nervous System disregulation, so I'm so happy you did this practice today. The gentle neck exercise were fantastic. What a great idea, and loving the shaking at the end. I have done it before and completely forgot about it, so thanks for helping me to remember this practice.❤

I have been dealing with some lower back issues. I did this session yesterday and the results were amazing! I appreciate your videos so much.
