From somewhere the Universe is looking at me and loving me I believe. I just finished my 1-1, frustrated and came out with the thought to take a break to run away from this stress and KZread showed your notification with the title 'Don't Quit'. I am seeing that as an answer and I need to work on to come out of frustration rather run away from the job.
You're the most honest career advisor on KZread I must say.
this video 1000% for me, hi, i quit my job in january for i cannot nothing to study new think in that place, after 2 month i get a job in a company , that company is over time working hours and not get extra salary for extra hr, and also i cannot get a good life to spend my family and my loving thinks, and i quit that company after few weeks. i think i get a good job and good work life balance job in few week, and i wait 2 months 😐😐 i cannot get a vacancy, the companies does not post a single vacancy😶🌫, and i realize that quiting job is bad desicion in my life, now my mentel healthis very low, i don not know which month i get a job. currently unemployement rate is high in india, and compaies are maximum utilize this think with employees and push to over time work, where is humanity in company owners?
Thank you so much! Only if I had this video 4 months back, I would be doing my job peacefully rather than being unemployed
Really useful info. Thanks to giving a different perspective to these situations.
Better to know before hand what you are getting into rather than regretting your decisions later.
I agree with all the points mentioned here. I am a fresher. My growth in the current company is very little. So I have thought about quitting the job multiple times till now. And yes it is very important to consider financial stability and the other factors surrounding it. It is not as easy as people make it seem.
I quit to take a break and am all energetic to resume again.

It's better to quit if you can do something better and you're underpaid and unappreciated
You see madam, is that the fact when a solid HR professional becomes such an excellent consultant only when outside of the corporate? Why we do not come across such helpful HR folks in our offices ever? What is this paradox?
Many times companies ask you to do extra hours without paying overtime. As far as i know if you are doing exyra hours companies must give overtime money. One shoud always decide on time whether to continue in these companies before you destroy your health
Thanks for the video ☺️
Hope this applies to layoffs as well...Side hustles online has more number of applications...Luck is most needed..

Amazing mam thanks , an eye opener for sure 😮
Very practical and helpful advice, as usual! Thanks Ma'am!❤
This is very helpful. I always think about quitting my job because of the workload. I will certainly keep these points in mind from now on. And can you please make a video on dealing with heavy workload in jobs?
Great video thanks. I'd say it depends on what job you are leaving. If it's a toxic one, for sure don't just leave, run! It will do more damage that you can imagine and recovering from it can take years. But yes, great points otherwise.

Absolutely dear, toxicity should be at zero tolerance..
This channel deserves much more views and subscribers. I'm not from corporate sector but i love the content u posted.. Keep posting such videos
One of the best videos of THE CORPORATE DIARIES
Use your job to build a launchpad for your side hustle. Quitting your job shouldn't be a quick decision, rather it should be planned well in advance. Use your job to build your savings / invest into your side business and grow it (even if you're putting 1 hour extra every day). Plan so that your dependency on your job gradually decreases as your side hustle grows. Once your side hustle covers 100% of your basic expenses, congrats! you are financially free to leave your job. Remember that this might take years, so patience and consistency is key.
I love your videos ma’am, the perspective you always provide is something which never comes to our mind. And I totally 💯 agree with that passion thing, that it becomes very boaring, as I’m currently suffering from it.
Thanks ji
Wat u said abt luck as a fellow HR professional it rings in so true. Great Video!

Please make a video on year gap effect on job recruitment.( As I have experienced much issues in getting job opportunity after taking 3.5yrs years gap. This is my experience in construction sector.)
I am on bench and 90 days is the notice period in my company. But they are asking me to exit with 30 days notice period... They are not offering me any severance package. What should I do?
Super
Our seniors make us work even after the shift is over and its almost everytime. Also they make us work on weekends and if we don't do then they threaten to escalate. This hampers our personal life and we feel tired and feel like stuck. Due to this, the productivity gets reduced and we are not able to do the things as per our potential. Even after all this, the management is rude. Also there is very little learning in the current role that also adds up to the burden. So what can we do in this case?

Dear, this is a very sensitive situation, in such cases, you yourself have to gauge what is the threshold, I know some people do not respect our boundaries no matter how many times we re-iterate it to them and they misuse their power.. so the point is, if the overall job itself is turning in a toxic one, then its better to leave on time, before it gets further messy, I have a very detailed video on 5 red flags before which you must leave.. you may choose to watch that.. But there is no amount of money that can compensate for a mental/emotional health damage, we must protect it.. find something else in time and move.. All the very best!!
10:46 omg 😱 thanks for opening my eyes 😂
I disagree with the "passion" part. I was passionate about Linux, I had quit my job after I started making money from that passion. In fact I became more passionate about it, and trust me I am equally passionate about it even after over two decades into it and I can spend hours on it. In fact it is still my main earning source. Yes, I had changed track slightly around 8 years ago but not because I got bored but because I wanted to explore further when I decided to enter AI, so now both I have an extra source of income.
I confuse with my Degree. Actually, I am doing Associates degree in HRM (2-years bachelors) and I don’t think this degree is a good entry route for HR career. What should I do ?

Ma'am what's your e-mail i have some queries regarding educational background..
I am 22 years old. I resigned from power utility company(Indian conglomerate so called Modiji friend😅) which is operational in Mumbai. I resigned due to shift culture after working for only 6 months. I tried my best to adjust with shift culture(2 morning, 2 evening, 2 nights, half weekoff😅 ) but my body started resisting me. So I decided to resign and started preparation for tech field. Soo lets see what's happens next. Ma'am what is our opinion on my decision???.

You did the correct thing dear, nothing is more worth than our health, if we have health we can find many jobs or do something else, if health only is not there, then there is no point of job/money.. we all, must protect our health(physical/mental) at all cost.
