This was incredible. Video quality, music, presentation, editing, and the craftsmanship is absolutely superb. Thank you for sharing this.
My father was a German-trained carpenter that worked proudly with his hands, up until the day he died at the age of 52 in an accident. He taught me that his hands put food on our table, and clothes on our backs. Machines will NEVER replace the hands of a trained craftsman. Brian, I hope that when you have children you'll pass your craft down to them.
Goddamn that was amazing. It was a treat to watch such skilled craftsmanship. Thanks for sharing Brian!
Great craftsmanship, relaxing music. I could watch one of these videos a day. Great work, Champ.
I tip my hat to you Brian. Love the quality you put in your work. True Craftsmanship! Props to the videographer and your editor. Glad your back!!

Your work is amazing...thank you for being a tradesman of quality.
So glad to see you doing videos again. I love watching your talent. Now I have to start running in my new 1907's to wear down my soles faster. Keep up the great work!
Don't know how I ended up here, but it was fascinating.
Love your videos. Keep up the good work man. So happy to see ways of old carrying on
Just love your sensitive American craft work! Truly blessed!

I remember taking my saddle shoes in for repair in the 1950s & was ready to rock n roll again. I wore them for a long time, shoes were made to last back then.
I just want to say it gives us old guys a lot of hope for the future when we see young men like yourself doing a craft that needs you young guys in order to continue. Thanks for the great videos!
Your videos are so peaceful man, i just breezed through a 14 minute video and it felt like 5 minutes. Good job Brian, you’re amazing 🙏
My IR don’t need a resole but damn I might be sending mine too you after watching this. I’ve always been amazed at your work!
Just found this video. As said before by some I found this very relaxing. Dying art. Awesome boots.
What a rare pleasure to see a skilled craftsman doing a good job. Thanks for posting.
Brian this was great ! You cant find someone around here with your skills, Old school craftsman.
Great job!! My father he was a shoe maker.. I find this videos now I remember when I see my father ( R.I.P )made my boots . Thank you and keep going ..you have Art on you hands . 👍👍 from Jersey City New Jersey
Detail at every step! I especially like the inside heal “role club” thing
I watch your videos with my children to illustrate what ‘pride in your work’ means. Thank you for sharing your craft with us.
WOW there are very few youtube vids I watch start to finish without skipping ahead. It was a pleasure to see you master work your craft!

A really work of art you make those boots look great not like the iron rangers aren’t bad looking but you can make them look great you are a true artist

@pinkiewerewolf
2 жыл бұрын
@@matttherrien9608 To be honest, I like them but I don’t wear them much. I wear them when the weather is decent on my motorcycles. I don’t wear them at work because I’m on concrete all day and they don’t hav the support I need. I was just thinking about them the other day. I’m going to be retiring soon and I’ll probably wear them more when I’m not stuck on a concrete floor for 9-11 hours a day.
There is nothing like loving what you do. I used to enjoy my job too, now not so much. I enjoyed this video. Awesome job 👏.
Impressive skills and takes pride in his work. This guy is a true old world craftsman.
Like always. Damn fine job. Makes me want to send you a pair of mine.
I was hypnotized by this. What a payoff at the end, I will never complain about the cost of a resole after watching the skilled work involved.
Beautiful work. Keep it up Brian.
Incredible skill, a true artisan in the making. There is nothing like seeing someone build something (or rebuild) with their hands. Makes me sad that people today have no idea what is involved in producing the products we use everyday. I'm sure the 377 people that gave this a thumbs down don't.
Very beautiful can't wait till Brian finish my boots 🙋🏻♂️

Um belo trabalho, uma linda profissão. Me emocionou. Parabéns.
Very good. I use to work for a man that resoled & restored shoes n boots. It is an art. Thank you for the memories...
Absolutely gorgeous work and an improvement in the look of the boot. Nice work!
First time viewer! I would love to buy a pair off you. I’m a strong believer in paying for quality when it comes to boots, specifically work boots. Our feet, and hands are out most valuable assets
You're a true craftsman Brian! I love my Iron Rangers and i will surely be sending them to you when the time comes. Awesome work, one of the very few videos ive ever watched start to finish! So glad you're back Brian!

Amazing to see that a boot sole is just glue, stitching and nails. Amazing work! Really inspired me to look into boot resole/ cobbler work.

Great vid! Question: does he replace the cork in the boot?
@SibRevs
5 жыл бұрын
Looks like he went with a thick leather midsole instead. This is higher quality and more comfortable than cork. He essentially made the boot better than new.
I have a lot of respect for a man who takes pride in doing a good job, whatever that may be. Good stuff man.
I find these videos purely relaxing. Thank you.

@@RapperGuardi I agree, the Roll Club soles look fantastic. I have no idea as to the comfort or longevity though. My thought is this, if you're going to give $350ish for a pair of boots and about the same for a resole (I'm guessing) BEFORE the resole is needed why not just have Brian make a pair specifically for your feet.
