My girlfriend and I used to dance to this song in 76, after listening to the words over and over we just knew what we wanted, we married in 76 and are still married 46 years later and we still love to dance to this song.

Made me cry reading that. Mad bro 🥲
My big sister took me to see them live at the Livetpool Empire, they were amazing. We missed the last train home and had to ring my Mum to come and pick us up I'll never forget that night, my sister has been gone 17 years now, whenever I hear the Real Thing so many happy memories come flooding back.
Lost my husband 10 years ago he was my man and he was a the best thing that came into my life and gave me 2 son's that if he had lived woud of been so proud of in so many ways❤❤❤❤
It has to be one of the greatest disco dance songs eva.!! Lyrics are simple yet so effective.....it takes you to a place & age long expired but never forgotten
Those were the real old days when Music was real, get it from the Real thing.
