Thanks, Anand, for giving me the visibility of Hemant Pant's journey. It is a testament to the challenges and rewards of leaving a stable government job for entrepreneurship. I thank Hemant for emphasizing the importance of calculated risk-taking, market validation, and gradual transition to business. GIGL's success story illustrates the power of digital platforms and content creation in today's entrepreneurial landscape. Thinking model is awesome👌👏

Blinkist probably has to pay for the royalty for the books that it summarizes. In fact may have to take explicit permission from the authors. Not sure, if his channel or business is in violation of copyright. Asking out of curiosity.

Another thought provoking video. Thanks to both of you. Please help me with the following question. I have been in IT industry for the past 15 years and I am just exploring the possibility of trying something new and it is a Type B decision for me. Hemant had mentioned that we have to start our business idea and implement it in parallel to validate the viability of our idea and make the income from this new source equal to our current earnings. However, when I joined, I signed an agreement with my employer to not engage in any other business. I believe this is the main challenge when it comes to undertaking new business ventures as it would be a violation of this agreement. Can you please provide your insight on what would be your approach to this challenge? Thanks.

Sir, some of the candidates shifted from home town to pune and due to COVID high salary purchased property, now company deducted variable pay heavily and take home salary less..now managing expenses is difficult with the heavy loan. Now they are thinking to rent this property and go to home towm and do work from home again..is this a correct decision and is there any possibility that next company will hire with same salary and complete work from option.

U asked about the turnover he given book quotes, and said invest the profit and make the bussiness bigger. 28.04 - u asked his opinion about hiring 40yr old people in start up, He again told the example of English Lang, Nepali lang, market share, if ur idea is impacting big crowd then it is called interprenuership.
