The thing with this is that a well maintained body is a CV itself. Its like a guy with a honda accord comes and gives you business advice vs a guy with a ferrari comes and gives business advice. Six pack shows you have a strong mentality. It takes alot of dedication and consistency. It shows you are ready to work at 100% even if things are all good. I agree its crazy to demand it but i also agree with his standards. High standards = high output.

Having a strong mentality and discipline is definitely an asset in an employee, but discipline doesn't mean they can do the job. I've met people with six packs that were dishonest or irresponsible and I would never hire them. The point here is that there is no absolute. You can't say all people with six packs will be good employees or salespeople, but you also can't say all people without sick packs will be bad employees or salespeople.

Oh my! I agree, nice thought to encourage “self care” but to equate it as the main factor behind making sales/money is a fallacy. Like Neil said, you have to get to the heart of the problem and work to fix that and the other things will work together better.

He said it’s a standard to be on his team. What he promotes is that Health is number 1. “Multiple multiple millions…” don’t mean zip if you’re health is 💩 Being fit allows you to give your all to everyone and anyone who you deal with

Haha the point is not about looks but about how discipline and consistency is key in all aspects of life which it seems you two are lacking. You both said it yourself you do not have a six pack, well let me ask you this do you have the same status of success, wealth, and health as him? I highly doubt you two are top salesman anywhere let alone on the same caliber as Andy
