ive been hiring Filipinos for the sake of cost cutting, it saves our start up about 80% per person and so far ive hired 4 full time remote filiipino staff on Manpower Genius and Upwork and ive had no regrets so far.

This is New York it’s 100% a political move. Do to liberals. It’s honestly silly. They found that they can’t do this with chick films on public land so they are trying to find other work around. But even if its public land in the government is the lease holder you can’t just control there operation. Especially if an agreement was already signed. This is silly causing political divide cause a business wants to be close on Sunday due to religious reasons. Unfortunately, am around non-religious people, lgbtq supporting teacher and principals (seriously) that actually have these discussions in the past. They absolutely hate that chick fil a is close on Sunday for God. At the same time they are eating chick fil a…… like I said it’s so silly.

I just started a 12 page newspaper "Advertiser" and some were apprehensive to take a ad out and others, bought full pages and a private school bought half page. All 3 of them plan multiple months. I feel bad for the customers of these businesses that will feel left out because they do not go to Facebook. On the other hand, some businesses have all the business they can handle with Facebook posts. Good for them but by advertisers will tell me when it's a dud. Oh, and I use EDDM for one affluent neighhood in my little town. The post office was SO VERYT HELPFUL.
This is a good tactic if you have a large pool of candidates. Our company has been having to hire international visa holders just to fill basic positions. We have been using the tactic mentioned above, and chances are that our replacement hire is just as bad or worse than the problem employee we got rid of.

Yes of course. These meeting points are meant to be gone over with the whole company. You can definitely have other, smaller team meetings to coordinate within your department, work on projects, problem solve together, etc.
