It's true that Miyako and Midori are fantastic guitarists. It's hard to believe that they only discovered the guitar 🎸 when they were 18. Unbelievable!

Midori began learning to play the guitar at age 20. But, at the age of 2, Midori began playing the piano (later the organ). Miyako started playing the piano at the age of 3. Years of experience playing the piano/keyboards helped Midori and Miyako successfully master the guitars. Because thanks to the piano, from early childhood (from 2-3 years old) they developed flexibility, plasticity, coordination, etc. fingers, and also trained their sense of rhythm and their ear for music.

Note that even though this track has some religious symbolism, Lovebites is not a religious band. When Midori (blonde lead guitarist) was in the US, she visited a few churches to listen to Gospel music and she liked it. She then decided to co-write this song with some Gospel music influences. It just so happened when they released this song, it was also during the height of the pandemic, and Asami (lead vocalist) mentioned in an interview that "Glory to the World" is the band's gift of hope to the world at a very dark time.

This song reminds me of "Sonata Arctica / ANGRA style". This is Midori's song, and one of her guitar influences is Kiko Loureiro. So it all makes sense.

@@TheCyberMantis Not 100% sure yet, but I believe his obsession has nothing to do with the band per se. It has to do with the online game warhammer which he plays (talk about being in a cult... 😂) - and that, literally, is his life. I won't be surprised if he's playing with a bunch of his game buddies and this troll's role in the "game" is to "bring down Lovebites". Well, if he just keeps posting comments in YT, he'll remain absolutely inconsequential 😂 Anyway, when he attempts to get certain comments of mine deleted, it reinforces what I know he's afraid of.

The song was written while the world was on lockdown. And the lyrics were written by vocalist Asami with the hope that people around the world, who have suffered from the pandemic and lost hope for tomorrow, will get their lives back to normal as soon as possible. Filming took place in a chapel inside a wedding hall in Tokyo. In addition, you can tell who the man is from the crown of thorns and the stigmata on his palms. (Novels and anime based on reincarnation and otherworldly reincarnation are booming in Japan.)

But they did it. About "Glory To The World" guitarist Midori and Vocalist Asami says of the song. When Midori came to the U.S. and between tours in the U.K., Midori found time to visit his local church many times. It was then that Midori strongly felt the power of church music and the energy of the people. When she composed and arranged "Glory To The World," Midori made it into a powerful song. In an interview for a magazine project, Midori commented, "The world is going through a difficult time right now, and I hope this song can push people back. LOVEBITES was also in a difficult situation where they could not hold live concerts, but Asami went directly to the members' homes to get hints on how to write lyrics. And Asami commented, "Member all felt that we wanted to write lyrics and songs that would be close to the feelings of various people. Asami and Midori both have experience singing gospel songs in church, so their senses matched.

It does quote a song, not a hymn but the song "The Greatest Love of All" covered by George Benson and Whitney Houston. Asami was probably familiar with it from her time as a R&B singer, before she joined Lovebites. "Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all"

Hello everyone. One of the best (perhaps the best, along with others from these same girls) heavy music videos I have ever seen in my life. As always, positive messages that appeal to inner strength, with several glorious moments: the duel and subsequent joint rhythm of the two guitars, when Asami passes his left arm in a horizontal position across his body at chest height and the absolutely epic ending after the last vocal chorus. It's great. And above all of this hovers Asami's delicate and graceful movements and beauty, which even seems unreal.

There is a reason that Midori sounds like Marty Friedman. He lives in Japan and teaches at the Musicians Institute in Japan. And Midori studied Guitar there.

Lovebites are the metal Queens. No better guitar duo I know better than M&M. Even though Lovebites are religious, I get a vibe of the guy in the video representing Jesus Christ (head with injures from crown of thorns and hand punctured and bleeding) I've seen this building used in a few other music videos that are Japanese. Recommend - When Destinies Align music video or live. either one is great.

In the age of computers and cell phones, when the pace of life accelerates, many people have the so-called “clip thinking”(unfortunately). People need to learn as much information as possible in a short period of time (related to their work, communication on social networks, etc.) "Clip thinking" is a type of thinking in which a person perceives information fragmentarily, in short pieces and separate images, cannot concentrate and constantly jumps from one fragment to another. It is often difficult for people to see the whole picture and to connect individual fragments into a single whole. They see individual fragments of the mosaic, but the overall understanding and “vision” of the picture eludes them. 🤗
