Shadowmaker and Rising Live...

I can understand if somebody doesn't like Lovebites because they are simply to fast and in your face for your liking. But there can be, and there is NO denying the talent level of every single member of this band. Anyone who denies that fact doesn't know music. And with the new bassist Fami, they didn't lose a step, and in fact gained a 1/2 step. Such a positive sounding song this is. This is my least favroite music video by them, because there is no need to have anyone else but Lovebites in the video. Shadowmaker is really their first big release as a band.

i like the contrast between the doll like appearance of the girls and the sound they have.

When Midori came to the U.S. and between tours in the U.K., Midori found time to visit his local church many times. It was then that Midori strongly felt the power of church music and the energy of the people. When she composed and arranged "Glory To The World," Midori made it into a powerful song. In an interview for a magazine project, Midori commented, "The world is going through a difficult time right now, and I hope this song can push people back. LOVEBITES was also in a difficult situation where they could not hold live concerts, but Asami went directly to the members' homes to get hints on how to write lyrics. And Asami commented, "Member all felt that we wanted to write lyrics and songs that would be close to the feelings of various people. Asami and Midori both have experience singing gospel songs in church, so their senses matched.

The first music videos were: - Don't Bite The Dust (2017) - The Crusade (2017) - Shadowmaker (2017) - Rising (2017) The first songs were on "The LOVEBITES EP" (2017), that contained: - Don't Bite The Dust - The Apocalypse - Scream For Me - Bravehearted (Japanese version) The, shortly afterwards, we had the debut album "The Awakening From Abyss" (2017), e.g. with "Liar". It's worth mentioning, that "Scream For Me" and "Liar" were rearranged by Miyako from an origin from pre-LOVEBITES. Same with Haruna's "Bravehearted", which is also older!

Above the Black Sea, live at Wacken 2018. This really announced their arrival to the world. Miho had a teenage dream of one day playing at Wacken, which was achieved only 3 years after she and Haruna formed the band.

Early on Lovebites - When Destinies Align and Shadowmaker music videos. Both are fabulous.

Most talented and best metal band in decades. Honestly more often than not each track will have WTF did I just watch moments. Check out Shadowmaker live (The MV is fire as well). You will be all oover Thunder Vengeance as well.. Hell, any suggestions you get will be fantastic. I have tix to see them in Atlanta in Sept. Truthfully I'm now like a 5 yr old counting the days to Christmas. Thanks for your continued reactions to them.

I concur.

Asami said at one of their first ever concerts that the song titled INSPIRE was the beginning of Lovebites. It was a song she sang as a demo with the band, and after her demo they invited her to join the band. Here is the proof right from Asami's mouth kzread.info/dash/bejne/g5N52ZpyhZCYcco.html. Oddly enough, it is my least favorite Lovebites song. FYI that video link is a fan cam video from November 2017 in London. It isn't the best audio.

Great reaction! Stunned amazement is the about par for the course with Lovebites! Trying to follow Lovebites in a chronological sense is a tall task, with well over 60 tracks and now multiple versions of songs. Personally, I'd suggest "Swan Song w/Chopin intro" [live](kzread.info/dash/bejne/lpeBuNarptOwoM4.html) as a showcase for everything that is great with Lovebites, or the recently released "We The United" [live] (kzread.info/dash/bejne/h6KC2tigfKzFgso.htmlsi=GLeE-NHqrwNALdDO), which is a perfect look at their live performance with the current line up - their new bass player (Fami) is a treasure and has brought a missing energy to the stage since she joined the band. 🤘 🐺🎸

At this point in their career the band hit the gas pedal. This EP and the next studio release, the album Judgement Day saw them improve on perfection and technical ability. They have no equals. They are the bar against whom all others must be measured.
