They don't surprise me anymore, but they amaze me every single time I listen to them. Regarding Miyako & Midori, I truly believe they are the best guitar duo currently, and very well be one of, if not, the best guitar duo ever. The contrast between the two that blends so well together is spectacular. They are different yet belong together, forever. They are my all time favorite band, so I may sound biased, but I think their music speaks for itself.

I totally agreed with you they are creative in creating beautiful melodic solo and the bass player too should know how to fit into MM solo no need to say Haruna thats why taking Miho place is not an easy job.

If you can find a Better Band Live I'd like too know. Somehow Lovebites manages too take their already Fantastic Studio work and Surpass it Live. They have been doing this for almost 6 years now btw.

I think you've nailed what really sets Lovebites apart from the other bands with dual shred leads: the songwriting. Their songs are more beautiful and more integrated than most other bands' songs. It's just a special talent. And I agree, there is no better or worse between Lovebites and Nightwish. They are both epic, transformational bands.

great reaction and analysis, guys. 2019 they supported dragonforce. 2020 (foak-tour) they already seem to have surpassed them. as you mentioned the remarkable and interesting melodic intricate guitarwork. their soli never get boring, stale or uninteresting, which can be easily the case with powermetal.

Great reaction! Did discover them half a year after B-M, through the official video. BTW.. you guys look very similar to a Norwegian alternative pop singer/composer named Aurora. Recommend checking out her "Churchyard" live from KEXP Iceland. So you can see what I mean 😏

Can you name just one Western all girl metal band that can play like them?

The official MV sounds much better than this live show. And Midori looks hot. Miyako has a short skirt and animated. Not like her made up persona now like "Ice Queen" or whatever.
