I've built a few simple foamboard planes , I found blades dull rapidly so experimented with a number of different size and thickness blades ....for different types of cut a more suitable sharp blade is Utopia , easy work , less frustrating and great results..... My part of life with maintaince of A328s about moree than 25years as airframe mechnic and started with AVRo HS 748 and Boeing 737*200series at major checks and then A320A319s and A321s. I found classic A320s of year 90s are troublesome aircrafts worked up to year 2016. now i had completed my service live happily

You use very similar build style to Ramy RC before he went down pretty much completely different path using 3d printing and composites to do his aircraft. I'm following closely as I'm sure there are things I will learn from you but man please change that blade in your knife or sharpen it I do cringe a bit when it rips at the foam like that Great job, keep it up 👍

Mostly balsa wood, because its light.

I used blueprints from google and scaled them to a scale of 1:20 and the fuselage is about 1.9 meters long and 20 cm wide.

You can see it at 2:01, I first make 2 wood templates and then use a hot wire cutter to cut the depron

2:01 how did you scale this part did you just print it or did you scale it on the program and what are the measurements that you made with your ruler and your compass because i couldn't see what the measurements where

Search up the aircraft blueprint and divide it by 20 from the original length
