Wearing a white shirt while eating Buldak noodles is truly brave 😂 Besides eating 10 packs of it in one setting 🔥🔥🔥

Try adding tahini, lemon and the fire noodle sauce as the soup base. Add some cilantro on top. It actually tastes amazing.

Saw this video (i'm in germany), got hungry for ramen, thought "they sure as hell won't have Buldak Ramen but I"m sure it'll work with my trusty YumYum", went to the store AND THEY HAD IT, FOUR FLAVORS!!! This is the most exciting thing that has happened today omg.

“Sodium filled day” is probably an understatement. I love spicy ramens but limit them due to the sodium.

@@Someone-fn3ij If you live near an Asian market you can already buy ramen noodles without flavour packets. They generally have multiple bricks per packet, too. So you can make your own ramen at home, one that's a little closer to actual ramen and not the instant kind
Love buldak noodles! They sell the sauce separately in bottles and I bought 3 of them 😂 I absolutely love eating it with everything I make haha
@IngaLam

this is probably the smartest move. get the sauce bottle and just buy other noods 🌝
Doesn't have to be on camera, but you have to try my all time favorite form of these: Gochujang, the most umami fresh mushrooms at your grocery store, garlic, and herbs. Fry together and add the 2x spicy Ramen ingredients. The best I've had and I'm addicted to these.
@IngaLam

this sounds incredible, and also, spicy af 🥲🥲🥲

Gochujang on top of the 2x spicy?! Damn, you're spice tolerance in through the roof! if I add a tablespoon of gochujang to regular noodles I cry lmao
Ok seeing other people add cheese makes me feel better 😂 when I was in college I did that and everyone told me it was gross and inappropriate to put cheese in ramen. They were wrong! Vindication!!!✨✨✨ Also, I’ve never done Pringle chips in ramen but fried onions are great 💜
Great video Inga, it made me hungry and curious. I think your ramen hack videos show us the passion of trying new things. Creating new combinations that is easy and super good but also experimental makes it alot of fun to watch. I hope to see more from you :)
I know the hack you were talking about with the egg + kewpie! The version I saw also had grated garlic in it too, and it really adds a nice sharp taste to help round out the creamy kewpie

I've made that a regular in my weekly ramen preps, it's so good!
That pringles mashed potato thing bothers me. Instant, dried mashed potatoes exist, people. You're paying like 10x more using pringles.
I add peanut butter (mixed in a bit of the pasta water to thin to make is easier to combine with noodles) topped with chives/green onions and chopped cashews 🤤
I recently saw Buldak at the local shop (Vidin, Bulgaria). I instantly gave it a try, because i am ramen fan and i saw it on your videos. It is good, but the Nongshim Gourmet Spicy is the best there is. I always use 2-3 slices of cheese, but now i can try new vatiations. Thanks
Enjoyed this video a lot!! Loved the recipes, visuals and style of editing!! :)
I tried the chili oil hack and it was AWESOME. SO GOOD. The addition of the vinegar and sugar really makes it. I added more sesame seeds.
Inga's back! We missed you! 🤗
I eat at least 1 packet of ramen a day (the super cheap Maruchan chicken flavor) and I appreciate that so many people are sharing recipes to spice it up.
I truly and really love this video so much. I don't normally comment but the aesthetic, editing and the food in this video was just perfect. YUMMM!!!
i never clicked so fast on a video before. so excited to watch your reactions. i don't have enough spice tolerance to eat buldak fire noodles, but i like watching other people try it.
I think this the third or fourth video of your's I've watched and I think I'm set. Big follow because your personality is great!
I a) love pasta and carbonara especially and b) can’t handle spice very well, but the way I got so excited about the carbonara noodles I didn’t pay enough attention to the spicy illustration on the package and just WENT for it and nearly cried lol IT TRICKED ME WITH ITS SOFT PINK PACKAGE edit: I hate how good you are at cooking and editing because despite the traumatic experience, ngl I was kinda craving and thinking if I should give it another shot

Ahaha I always tell people to only use a half packet the first time just so they can get an idea of the spice. It's tricksy!!
I do Indomie mi goreng and Filipino pork Adobo. Some korean pickled radishes and green onion and dried garlic flakes to garnish. I bet cheese would work but I haven't tried it.
I love this video and explanation. Everything is clear and clean. Nice. Thank you so much!
Had to try the peanut butter one. Definite improvement over the standard package prep. I will probably make it this way from now on.
Thank you for the video, as always your videos are heartwarming like confort food. I found buldak noodles really spicy so my take on it is to cook them not with water but with coconut milk and the powder and sauce. On the side I like to cook sunny eggs and bacon (lardons) or sausages. You put everything into a bowl and Voilà. As for the spices it is up to you guys, i like to use a bit of garlic powder and other things.
I tried the bougie hack after watching this, and it's delicious! Although i didn't have truffle, it's still good without it! I hope you do more videos like these in the future!
Man, your videos always speak to me on a spiritual level
Had not seen your channel before. I’ve been eating these noodles for a long time. The biggest “hack” I learned from watching this was the trick of running the sauce packet through the chopsticks to wring it all out! Thanks for the tip. Here’s a like and a subscribe!
Hack #5 looks so good! Reminds of the Sichuan style Mala Noodles that I love to eat where it’s super spicy, vinegary & too 😛
Hey I was recommended your channel and I really really enjoyed this video! I feel inspired (except I have absolutely no spice tolerance so now I’m trying to figure out the best types of noodles to try bc I will die). Going to check out some more I had so much fun!
Buldak ramyun is a gift. I will vary the amount of the hot sauce I use depending on what I'm adding in and how I feel that day, but I usually do most or all of it. Love adding dumplings, tofu, seasoned ground meat, green onions, kimchi, and/or bok choy, personally, sometimes also pickled radish. I need to get more greens to stir fry in general, though.
omg. the whole sauce packages? hot going in, hot going out! this episode is a spicy ramen challenge in itself! way to go, Inga! loved it.
Randomly got this video rec'd to me, and loved it! Definitely checking out some of your other vids. It's obvious you're knowledgeable and it was fun seeing you try these! I LOVE ramen "omelets" using the buldak noodles. I mix the sauce packet into the eggs first, and then add the cooked noodles into that before putting it into the pan. It helps to encase the noodles better and really cuts down on the spice (as much as I love spice, I'm not always in the mood to burn my lips with it 😂).
I first thought this was a future canoe video lol.
love your videos❤ id love to see some equipment/kitchen tour episodes
Loved the video! Watched it while having my meal it was fun
Ramen hack genius! Thanks for the inspo.🥰
Love this content ❤❤❤
Thank You Inga Imma try all of them.
I always add mozzarella, green onion and lime/lemon to my noodles and they taste soo delish 🤤
Thanks for the hard work, I will try them one by one. Usually I make myself a cheese dipping sauce and dip the noddles in the sauce , i found it more cheesy.
Did anyone else see Ned in the buzzfeed thumbnail at around 0:45 seconds 😂
oh my goodness having 10 packs of ramen in one sitting is insane but the video is so calming✨
I tried the milk and cheese on Nongshim Shin Black ramyun. Wasn’t bad!
So good to have you back. P.s. I dunno if it's just me, but I was just so nervous about your white shirt with all those sauces newr by, haha, bu you pulled it off! 😂❤❤
Great timing I just moved upstairs from a korean market
I want to try so many of these!! I loved seeing you make the rolls. I want all that spice! I don't like the idea of milk in ramen though. I feel it would make it too Italian like instead. The mozz ramen sticks do tempt me though. This Italian Asian fusion is so tempting...
Omg!! Thanks for trying them for us ❤
The cheese flavored one is my addiction!! I add Gouda cheese to it! ☺️
Can't wait to try out the bougie ramen and the fire oil hack. They look so yum. Thank you! I'd also love to see your peanut butter video but I can't find it. It would be really great if you could link to it. Great video. Thanks again!
My personal favorite is just with chopped green onion, lots of lime, and extra furikake Tried some as usual but used the seaweed sheets I've seen people eat it with too, so good
glad you're uploading more. my dad wants to make ramen from scratch
The mayo soup version is superior with chicken broth. Not sure why you used beef. Broke my heart lol
For the cheese I use American slices or couple spoons of queso. It blends much better.
The carbonara ramen has been my go to for years! Big love from Adelaide Australia.
3:04 wait I HAVE THAT EXACT BOWL I love the set and plan to buy more
My last dinner in Seoul was truffle jajangmyeon, delicious!
Great video. Thank you sharing.
Fire noodles cooked according to package then topped with tuna mayo is amazing. I also like to add cooked korean rice cakes and topped with mozzarella to my fire ramen. Also ×2 ramen with kewpie mayo is amazing.
The fact you actually make it how its supposed to be made makes me happy. I hate seeing them made in a mixing bowl only after cooking the noodles.
This video had me craving instant noodles 😆 btw, did you eat all of that back to back or spread out the Filming on different days? Bc that is a lot of ramen noodles to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner lol 😄

i wanted to do side by side comparisons so… 🥲🫡
I always mix the cheese powder and chili paste with Parmesan, a raw egg and some cooking water. Then I add the cooked hot noodles. I also add peas when cooking the noodles.
Watching this as I’m eating Ramen, love it
I usually stir in sour cream and slice American cheese after putting in the sauce to make it melt. Left over hot dog or chicken if I want to add protein and everything bagel seasoning with the Nori packet on top.
i was halfway through this before i noticed you were wearing a white shirt, and then i was low-key anxious the rest of the runtime and very impressed at the end 🤣👏👏👏
With carbonara buldak + cheese I don’t even add milk. I use 1 American cheese slice. Strain the noodles completely but reserve about 3 tbsp of the hot pasta water. Then in a bowl layer in this order cheese slice, 3tbsp hot pasta water, hot drained noodles, seasoning packets. The cheese gets a head start melting and then everything begins to mix in easier, then you don’t have to wait for the sauce to thicken because you’re not using all that water. Ends up same consistency as regular creamy sauce pasta without any drip.
That little pot perfect for single serve ramen is freaking awesome and I want one haha
I’m in Australia and after trying one of the carbonara noodles, as is, I can confirm that the other packets have just been hibernating in my cupboard for 3 months because it was too spicy 🤣you’ve made me curious if I can dull the spice down a bit now and make something delicious that suits my palate ❤
love this!
Carbonara one taste so great with the extra cheese also I drain more water to achieve that thick consistency of the noodles
got some great ideas from this video! the pot at 3:00 seems super handy for cooking small portion meals, where can i get one like it?
I need to know what non stick pan you use because those cheese rolls looked inCREDIBLE 🤤
this is fire
I don't have any rice paper left and i really want to make ramen rolls again 😭
Buldak ramen is so good. If you can find em, Bul Jjamppong ramyun, and Nongshim Shin Black w/Beef Bone Broth are both really good too. 🤤
My hack is the carbonara ones and add: cheese, poached egg, avocado and the thing that really makes it amazing is a healthy dollop of tzatziki!! it adds just the right amount of freshness it needs.
What I like about the fire ramen is the stir fry part. I will always cook up some sort of meat. Get it crispy and then add the sauce and noodles. Mix it up and put it in a bowl. Top it with fried egg.
I put milk and shredded mozzarella cheese carbo one plus chopped corriander/cilantro and pork cocktail hotdogs. Also add lao gan ma or more buldak sauce if I'm in the more spicy mood.
Milk and cheese is the best hack!! Super simple and makes it really creamy
I have discored you gesterday and so far; I really like your videos, keep the great work up! Much love from Germany. ❤
The mozzaramen idea looks really interesting.
what kind of vinegar did you use in the spicy chilli oil version?
This is one of those videos you save cause you know you will use it for years!
I do the ramen mac and cheese but with an egg and 2 slices of american cheese (into any ramen, with half the flavor packet and less water).
The carbonara buldak ramen has to be my favorite of the two flavors I had tried, which is original and of course, the carbonara ones. I like putting a slice or two of American cheese and mix it in. It makes is so creamy, but I leave a little bit more water than the three tablespoons that the package recommend saving. I would need to try the first buldak ramen hack though. Will need more cheese for my taste. I would try the third hack with not so much truffle oil, and replace the sour cream with some type of cream cheese.
That is an adorable pot, I bet it must be so nice to eat straight out of it
I always have fire noodles mixed with a bit of nacho cheese and little bit of ground beef
I like my spice, so I have the Buldak 2X spicy noodles (that I also add a little more 2X sauce out of a bottle). I might try some of the hacks, even if it cuts down on the spice.
My ramen hacks are white miso paste, garlic powder, green onion and a 90 second poached egg that I immediately stir into the noodles.
What kind of vinegar for the spicy chili oil noodles?
This looks so tasty! I know my stomach can't handle this regular buldak lol
Ok, I need to pause and come back. I need ramen or soup now.
I only cook the carbonara with this hack to make it more flavourful n less soicy n more creamy theeee bestttt
one that i loove to do - its nit ramenbut listen, ricecakes fried in a pan with cheese (like after cooking) omfg its SOOOO good with some suace like ketchup or something
Buldak with canned tuna is pretty good
I love how you know to use the korean traditional aluminium ramyun pot that gets hot fast and cools fast, perfect for ramyun.😂
