In my opinion the issue with ranking wood release is that it was used mostly by Hashirama and Madara who both are incredibely powerful and have almost limitless chakra. Meanwhile if we look at someone like Yamato it isnt even close to that level of power.

We've seen five people actually use Wood Style in the series; Hashirama and Madara are _way_ out ahead of everyone on the planet in terms of power, while White Zetsu Prime and Obito are _still_ facing down entire armies with it, followed by Yamato who is the _weakest_ user of Wood Style we see and is _still_ high-Jonin level with it. Long story short, the average user of Wood Style is high-Kage level, and that's because Yamato is dragging the average _down_ by being comparatively inept with it.

I love the fool's gold idea, but gold is actually magnetic. It's diamagnetic, which operates differently than how we normally imagine magnetism would (that's ferromagnetism) but still should be operable with magnet release. Though it would probably be more difficult to master.

I have the strong belief that wood release really isn’t as strong as people make it out to be but instead hashirama was just THAT GUY and that he was so ridiculously strong you could’ve given him practically any kekkei genkai and he would’ve wiped the floor with everyone, it suits him very well sure but it only suits him because it has such a high ceiling that no one else could really hope to match

While that is true, even someone significantly less powerful than Hashirama (Yamato) was able to create multiple trees, create very large wooden bridges, shoot large wooden projectiles, create various defensive structures strong enough to resist Tailed Beast bombs if I am not mistaken, make a wooden jail strong enough to contain a Jinchuriki, and suppress the emergence of a Tailed Beast as it tried to escape its host. Plus, he still wanted to try and contain Naruto by the time it reached seven tails during the fight with Pain. Yamato, for being someone that is not Hashirama, is still an incredibly powerful Wood Release user. He is very versatile in its use, and is definitely knocking on the Kage level, if not on it later on. He is what I consider an average Wood Release user could achieve. Which is to say, a lot. He may not be his predecessor, but Yamato is not to be underestimated.

Wood release was strong if his fighting on the land of fire. The ability to control nature gives him a strong advantage. Similar to fighting gaara in the dessert you would be mouse meat.

I remember a fourth user of Magnet style in the 4th GNW. He could magnetized people and then make them into targets for his weapons since he wouldn't miss.

Basically he charged the shurikin with a magnatic charge every time it hits something it would lose a charge. Literally the guy who knew about this told the guy next too him dont touch them dodge. Because if it hit something else even twice or 3 times the amount of magnetic charge left to transfer would not be enough for him to target the person very well.

I'm actually glad he gave Crystal release it's due! Gurin did AMAZING things with it and basically took on EVERYONE single handedly throughout the arc without really that much difficulty. It has tons of amazing qualities, is very versatile, can be used on massive scale, it really blew me away during the 3 tails arc!

yeah, the fact that the user wasnt all that much but she still gave quite a lot of problem just by having that op KG. And before anyone comments, I know it's bc its a filler and the protagonist gets debuffed in fillers and shit, but like, LOOK AT IT, it can crystalize people regadless of strength and those who are crystalized must pray they had chakra covering their bodies once they get frozen, so the chakra is crystalized instead of their internal organs, and even so you still need someone to snap you out of the rock, I actually think the one that didnt deserve to be that up on the list is Storm Release, sure its cool its lightning that acts like a liquid, but it was only strong enough to be light-speed and cut a TSO bc Madara used it in combination with Senjutsu that's basically cheating it makes everythin op... imagine Madara using Crystal Release combining it with Sage Chakra💀

Wood release is basically a pseudo-sage ability. It actively creates life (through growing plants) and the energy of life is what basically what natural energy (sage mode's fuel) is. The chakra fruit tree is grown by absorbing all the natural energy on a planet. Wood release is like a small scale version. Since the bijuus are parts of the Ten-tails, which is itself the Chakra/God Tree, they should fundamentally be made of Natural Energy (which would explain why the beast will naturally reform if killed). So, It is my opinion that wood release is effective against the bijuu because it is able to absorb the Nature Chakra from them, only in so much to suppress and subdue. Additionally, I think that Orrochimaru sought after Jugo's kekkei genkai for the curse mark because after "failing" to recreate Hashirama's wood release he decided to try an alternative option of manipulating nature chakra. Actually, this makes a lot of sense for Orrochimaru's character. Things we know about Orrochimaru. 1) He wants to be immortal. 2) He is smart. Like stupid levels of smart. It's possible that he put together that Immortality = infinite life energy = infinite nature chakra. To achieve immortality he needed to devise a way to constantly be absorbing nature chakra, but in such a controlled manner that it won't mutate or petrify him.

I always liked the idea that magnet release was unique to the person, I.e rasa had a unique frequency that is why he can use gold, whereas the third kazekage can use iron sand cause his personal frequency was different, but fall under an umbrella name of magnet release as an identifier for similar techniques

I think that stuff like Sasuke's ice kunai and the Naruto/Sasuke version of Scorch Release are more of a learned/developed Jutsu than kekkai genkai, which are biologically transmitted bloodline abilities. It's like the difference between Dr. Strange learning how to astrally project and communicate relatively as part of his mystic training and Professor X being born with the mutant power to do both of those things.

I'm pretty sure that is exactly how kekki Genkai are described in the early parts of the show, bloodlines that make the use of certian chakra orders of magnitude easier than they should have been. its like a persons natural chakra could be fire,earth,water,air or lightning, whichever is your main will be 2 times easier to learn and require half as much chakra to cast. meanwhile kekki genkai give you two of these, and the merged nature type is 4 times easier to learn (and control) and require 4 times less chakra to cast. Likewise my headcannon for the reason Uchiha and the Senju are so feared (before demigods eyes and hashirama cells were added to the lore) was because Uchiha are born with at least double the amount of chakra as any other average ninja clan, can learn all the 5 normal nature type jutsus instantly and even replicate the weaker jutsus of other clans with chakra nature based kekki genkai if they have mastered the right natures. Meanwhile the Senju are born with at least 4 times as much chakra as an average clan, regenerate their chakra at a considerably faster pace, and are born with their nature release as powerful as most chakra nature based Kekki genkai are. to explain: if ice release yuki clan member can cast ice jutsu at 1/4 the cost of justu of equal scale, then senju clan member can do the same thing with the chakra nature they are born with, like tobirama with water. In essence where other clans have a limited number of unique jutsus, the senju gained all the chakra cost decrease benefits, whilst also having an order of magnitude greater pool of jutsus to call upon as the majority of all ninjas ever use only the main 5 chakra typesm, adn presumably those are the ones most traded and well known acriss the world. So my headcanon was like what you said, and the reason the senju and uchiha were the most feared was that their kekki genkais were essentially like scarlet witch the above analogy, a mutant power that generally increases the both the ability to learn, use and the raw scale of her magic. (because if I'm remembering my marvel comics lore, her mutant power is litterally an absolute magnifier of chaos magic)

I didn't expect to leave this video with so much extra knowledge on the series tbh. Boil release was actually explained incredibly well here. I get why Han was so strong now. Its not just his design and height that was intimidating. Wish Kishimoto would have gave us more information and backstory on him. He was stated to have Physical Strength and Speed with his Taijutsu that surpassed both The Raikage and Might Guy. Since Itachi was assigned to The Nine Tails. We know it wasn't him that captured Han. So what other Akatsuki member could have done it? The rule was one Tailed Beast per member after all.

Lava Release has six variants - Roshi's and Son Goku's actual lava, Kurotsuchi's Quicklime and Volcanic Ash, Mei's Acidic Mud, Dodai's Volcanic Rubber and Etoro Konjiki's "Melting Flames" (from Gaara's light novel). Also, there's Toroi from the Hidden Cloud that can magnetize people by striking them with his shuriken imbued in Magnet Release. And you forgot about Swift Release. Btw, Ryūzetsu is a female.

Kurama Clan's Genjutsu is also anti Sharingan and Biakugan, increasing your senses, will actually, make you more susceptible to the reality altering abilities of the jutsu.

Shino noticed, that his Bugs didnt reacted right and noticed with that, that they was in a Genjutsu. And than mentioned, that Genjutsu wopuld work stronger, the stronger the sense of the victem is (his bugs would be simply to dump, to become genjutsu victems, later, but, later in the Itachi novel, did Itachi but insects into genjutsu, even, when they all was in the body of the aburame). In overhaul, most of the points, how genjutsu even worked in Naruto, was from the Kurama clan filler.^^

its interesting to think chakra levels can influence kekkei genkai, like only people with enough chakra can use wood release while anyone else who tries would either fail or get mud release

You forgot one magnet release user: the random kumo edo tensei that Naruto fought as one of his first opponents after leaving for the battlefield. Not a major loss, but he does show a different angle of using magnet release as he uses it to control shuriken instead of vast AOE amounts of metallic particles. I don't think that the wood release absorbing chakra is ever explained, but I think it has something to do with a common fixation in Japanese culture around manifesting the nutrient absorption capabilities of plants as an actual plant based power. Like how in Pokemon one of the earliest family of grass type moves were the "drain" attacks (first coming to mind gigadrain and megadrain) as well as leech seed. I think that a common part of that thought line is that plants, given agency, can actually absorb life energy, just like they are commonly portrayed as giving life energy as well. I also have a similar theory that it was Hashirama's senjutsu that allowed him to learn wood release rather than the other way around, because of how that would impact his connection to nature. I could be wrong of course, but that's my theory. On a last note: you forgot a kekkei Genkai. It wasn't necessarily a ninja ability and it wasn't canon so it'd be pretty easy to miss, but I would think that the priestess from the first naruto Shippuden movie, with her ability to send her spirit back in time when she dies, and it's an ability that passes itself through the priestesses bloodline, so it should qualify.

17:20 they don't have enough chakra to do some of these techniques and don't have enough experience with their own Kekkai Genkai to do some of the stuff you described. Remember, most of the Sound 4 were just kids like the genin they fought, but they survived and could control their curse marks, making them stronger than every other curse mark user in Orochimaru's hideouts we see after besides Jugo of course. They were prodigies but didn't survive long enough to fully develop their abilities

The part about kimimaro cracked me up, specifically where the was a mention of (yes you can control your bones, but not really, you're controlling your muscles and the bones are just there for the ride) 😂

I like the range of Kekkei Genkai. They can be either a combination of two elements or a stronger version of a element

My theory for Wood Release and Tailed Beasts control is, Wood Release lasts, meaning it can feed off of the world's Chakra, and if I'm correct Tailed Beasts are embodiments of the world's Chakra to some extent.

The only reason why Naruto and Sasuke's collaboration move can count as Scorch Style is probably because Rasenshuriken is the pinnacle of Wind Style (S rank) and Amaterasu is the pinnacle of Fire Style as stated in the manga although it's never officially given a letter rank, it's likely considered an S rank jutsu, so both of these moves were already about as strong as a Wind or Fire Style jutsu is going to get, and Naruto and Sasuke are able to perfectly match the chakra ratios of one another, resulting in an ultimate Scorch Style ninjutsu.

Or maybe because they are two separate people and the made a tak team attack with their respective chakra nature and kekegenkai is actually an ability that can pass through blood in which the user themselves can mix two chakra nature they dont need anyone else. I have 3 things to say. 1. This video was excellent 2. I like how you describe magnet release since this way it makes sense though I still think it works similiarly to storm release making earth behave like wind and 3. Gold is paramagnetic which means it has very low magnetic properties so it is not quite 0 though someone should fact check this since I learned this a few hours ago and may be misrepresenting the concepts of paramagnetic and diamagnetic materials. God the things I learn when trying to understand the naruto universe.

Okay just looked it up gold is diamagnetic (not magnetic) at least by itself but it can become ferromagnetic (highly susceptible to magnetiscm) or paramagnetic (low susceptibility to magnetiscm) given the environment where it is formed. So Rasa must have gotten ferromagnetic gold.

The drawback for Haku's crystal ice mirrors technique is that it requires a lot of chakra to maintain.

The fact that crystal release is top 5 makes my heart warm cause I’ve fallen in love with it since I saw it in the anime

Wood release is basically like the divine tree turning other living cells into wood. i think it was inherited by asuras descendands because it kinda came from the otsutsuki, since they basically absorb divine trees by virtue of eating their chakra fruit. would also explain the whole supressing tailed beasts chakra.

Wood release suppresses the tailed beast, because the divine tree is the husk of the ten tails, and the tailed beasts were made from the ten tails, and the wood is filled with that chakra, so that connection with the divine chakra filled wood is basically their kryptonite. It also has roots in japanese mythology, of special wooden gates used to keep out evil spirits and such.

Was Haku teleporting? I was under the impression that he was just moving faster then the naked eye could see. That's why after Sasuke awoken his sharingan he could, kind of, follow Haku's movements.

No he means inside his Ice mirror It was shown when Kakashi was about to kill Zabusa Haku entered one of his mirror and then created another one between Kakashi and Zabusa where he emerged to take the Raykiri So yeah Haku can teleport from his mirrors

I feel like the kekkei genkai that we don't know the secondary release for will most likely have either yang or yin yang release as the secondary release. My reasoning for this is that in most cases they are stronger forms of the primary release and yang release just strengthens what is already there and yin yang would account for created substances like steel and crystal if yang isn't a good enough answer.

Boy do I have a theory for you. My theory is that wood releases isn’t a kekkei genkai of water and earth but is instead a three parter of water, earth and Yang release. In order to do this tho the person has to have a three way tie for their chakra nature, they need to have a high affinity for all three at the same level. The reason Yamato can’t recreate what Hashirama could is because the hashirama cells added Yang release and either added an earth or water to Yamato while bosting his natural earth or water type nature to where the three way tie is too out of balance to allow complete access to the techniques. We see an example of this in the very beginning of naruto when he tries to make clones and doesn’t get the chakra amount right, which while it does make a clone it’s a low grade imitation of a real clone. This would also explain why Tsunade doesn’t have wood release while also having water, earth, and yang.

This would make sense but would also make wood release a kekkei tota in that case. Like makes an insane amount of sense, cuz hashirama's wood is alive (making it possible that its even yin yang release being added instead of just yang) and yamato's is planks. The only problem would be there needs to be a retcon. Tsunade's lack of use could also be attributed to the same reasoning that naruto can't use adamantite chains as well.

Madara's "sage art - storm release /"light fang" (or "colmillo de luz" in Spanish) when shot, does travel at the speed of light but is not necessarily "impossible" to dodge in my opinion. this is based on; one, the user (in this case Madara) has to gather the senjutsu chackra in is mouth, what warns the foe that something is about to come out of his mouth so they have to be ready to avoid being hit with it. and two; the lasser beam only travels at the speed of light ON A STRAIGHT LINE. it doesn´t bend as Darui´s do. so, in order to change the direction of the beam is turning on either direction, mostly with his neck. and is this what allows SM naruto (who can sense INTENTIONS) to dodge it, because he started his dodge move before the beam was shot, which made Madara to have to turn his face sideways kind of "following and trying to aim to" his target. so. even tho it does travel at the speed of light is not "Impossible" to detect before it happens giving the enemy (with a very good reaction time) the chance to start dodging before it is shot, and since the user necks does not move at the speed of light. it DEFINITELY can be dodged.

storm release is much like energies than light! :S and because it's chakra jutsu it can be slower or faster than the physical counterpart! like amaterasu!!! it's fire but burn forever after there is only dust from the target... so even the light fang is a beam of energy not must to be lightspeed! (also a laser cant be curved!!!) light never curving only if the space-time is curving... (and still not the light is curving but the space-time... and still the light go straight)

Well he said nearly impossible since probably only about 5 people in the entire history of shinobi could move or react at the speed of light to dodge it. And I'm being nice saying 5. In reality I honestly think only Naruto could dodge it and that's strictly if he is using so6p chakra. As much as I'm a sasuke stan even I don't think he could dodge it

Gaara does have a Magnet Release kekkei genkai. This is the ability that both the 3rd and 4th Kazekages use to manipulate iron sand and gold dust. This was one reason why Sasori wanted so badly to turn the 3rd Kazekage into a puppet, because he wanted access to the Magnet Release kekkei genkai to control iron sand.

@@ducklett01god No, it's the Kekkei Genkai of Gaara's clan. Hence why both Gaara, and his daad (the 4th Kazekage) have it. A lot of the jutsus used with Magnet release were created by the 3rd Kazekage from watching Shukaku though. But that's no different really to the Rasengan being based on the the Tailed Beast Bomb.

I feel like Nick would do well by making a, "we find ___ in its natural habitat" type nature documentary based on Naruto. Would be killer as a Hunter x Hunter video as well

In theory Sakun and Ukan should be immune to Rasen Shuirken since they have control over their cells at molecular level.

That last clan's genjutsu sounds like a ying-yang release, since it augments and creates anything, if it's seen by someone ( I'm assuming on the being seen part). This sounds a lot like creation of all living things jutsu meets koto amekatsure (shisui mangekyo)

In the case of Naruto and Sasuke's so called "Scorch Release" , there are two things to note. 1) It's *Minato*, a man who is bad at naming Jutsu, who calls it that. It's well within reason that he misnamed it because he saw Wind+Fire, and knew that combination as what would be create Scorch Release. 2) The games give it the more appropriate name of Blaze Release, as it's a super-charged Blaze release technique.

Thank you for deciphering the difference between storm release and typhoon release I literally argued with someone behind this. I definitely think typhoon release is a Kekkei Tota - using two or more chakra natures like wind, water and lightning. Storm release is only water and lightning

I believe if you have a kekkei genkai it's abilities aren't really restricted unless the same type of nature release kekkei genkai is used by multiple people like lava release, however what's to say one can't use lava release in more ways then one?, Kurotsuchi is kinda an example of what I'm talking about because in Boruto we see her use lava release to create ash based techniques instead of just quicklime, so imagine a shinobi who has one type of nature release kekkei genkai like lava release but learns and uses every variation of it too be incredibly versatile, lava, rubber, ash, quicklime, it is a bit of head canon but who's to say this can't actually be done?, just because we haven't seen something happen doesn't completely mean it doesn't exist, like Sasuke or Madara with their rinnegan abilities, there is nothing to imply they can't use the other paths of the rinnegan unless they either choosing not to or they freshly unlock the ability, or Madara with his sharingan, the only reason why Madara didn't use his Susanoo post absorbing ten tails is because he didn't want to, nothing says he couldn't, it'd almost be like saying now he can't use fire release which makes no sense

probably depends how they mix fire and earth! like 55% fire and 45% earth or even much less distances! like 51% fire 49% earth or 50,5% earth and 49,5% fire :S like how there is standard lava, molten rocks (more earth), melting flames (more fire) quicklime (cold lava) rubber ash (cold lava with an another base of earth cust)

1 about the Lava release point I think it's possible for someone to use more than one form of the release but it depends on who use it 2 the point about on why the Rinnegan abilities aren't often used by other characters beside Pain is because that doesn't suit the character identity Imagine Madara using Shurado or Shikushodo it would feel off And about the use of Ninguendo is primarily because it would make the fights less interesting

I think your right about the number one spot. It could be on par with Kaguya's Infinite Tsukyomi, albeit in a smaller range. If enhanced they could go toe to toe.

I have always loved Guren and her crystal release, it had so much potential I feel like.

can you talk about the tools in Naruto like the advanced chakra armor or non cannon weapons and vehicles and how they could effect the world if produced large scale…imagine if samurai or just the daimyos army had access to the tech and used their own capital to improve the technology ,depending on the cost of development and outfitting of large scale troops it would probably still be more economical to use ninja for more advanced missions and keep a retinue of special forces empowered by the chakra tech stationed in the capital for policing and bodyguarding purposes. ps love your content and have a lovely day

I have a theory for steel release what if it's earth and yin release, yin release possibly enhances earth style turning it into a next level steel and as for typhoon release it's wind and yang release, yin yang release is the basic balance of all chakra so i wouldn't find it hard to believe if wind mixed with yang released turns normal wind style to a next level like typhoon release.

I’d like to see Haku’s ice release withstand a scorch release blast 💥 which is said to evaporate all water but since that’s never happened, I guess we’ll never know the outcome.

Gaara at that point tried a giant sand burial after mining the dirt under him im pretty sure he’s woven chakra into his sand since that fight

I have a little head cannon with kekkei genkai, what if any element release is universal, but how certain clans or users can weave the jutsu in different ways, like mud and wood style, or lava and the hypothetic steel (earth+fire) could still use the same releases, but how theyre able to combine the elements is different

i've always seen the different releases as a different mixture of the respective natures. Like every lava release isn't a 50/50 split, maybe one's a 20/80, and vice versa.

Gold dust can be considered magnetic if an electric current is run through it Rasha probably used a small amount of lightning release to create the electromagnetic current in the Gold dust therefore allowing him to use magnet release on it when it has electrical energy running through it

i completely agree, in fact my friends and i argued that it was insane Yakumo wasn't brought back during the war arc when it was first coming out, and speant months betting when she would show up... and now years later we still are annoyed about it. i mean it's basically a kekki genkai that at its average level exponentially increases the strength of any genjutsu, but at its highest level, its a kekki genkai that lets you apply a large scale izanagi onto anyone in an area (though without the sharingan's ability of casing it instantaneously). Mind you, it can be argued its a kekki genkai that manipulates both a target's chakra as well as natural chakra in an area to produce real affects into reality. which doesn't really change anything about it other than its theoretical limit, but it would be an interesting thing to note because that's basically half of the work that creation of all things jutsu does (which is a permanent reality creation), something that we have not seen this kekki genkai pull off (only temporary affects that leave permanent damage after they have been dispelled like rubble from that aforementioned lightning strike). Its only weaknesses are the afffects it has on the psyche, as well as the fact we don't know if it can be used to target the self like izanagi can.

I feel like wood release can suppress tailed beasts because god tree is connected in some way to wood release. The connection between God tree and wood release is clearer still when you consider the ten tails jinchuriki gets wood release but none of the other tails do.

Would absolutely love to see you touch base on all the variants of genjutsu and it’s users in the series!!!! It’s my absolute favorite type of jutsu and it’s also heavenly under appreciated in terms of screen time for sure! 🧘🏻😶‍🌫️🧠👁️‍🗨️🌫️💐

Yes gold isn't magnetic however it is a super conductor. I think this is why it worked with magnetic release as the idea behind it is charging metal with lightning and gold would be perfect for that, but to gain the absolute control needed you'd have to bind it with the sand so you could use both earth and lightning release to control it to a finite ability hence it working with magnetic release but also being the slowest form. Imo atleast.

People keep forgetting that Kaguya's Rinne Sharingan and Ohnoki's Dust Release aren't Kekkei Genkai.

18:08 I bet that kibas Chakra was likely generating a bunch of resistance to their power. Couple that with them probably needing to focus to use their abilities and probably also needing to have their Chakra network not self destruct properly adds limitations to their ability

I love that his motion for "throwing lightning" was him casting lightning spear.

Kekkei Genkai with the same elemental mixes could be related to how much each element is being used. Wood release would be more earth than water, and Mud release would be more water than earth.

Either he forgot swift release or he went over it so fast I missed it. Also I think the gold magnet release thing could be explained by it being iron pyrite (fools gold), it is just cooler to say that it is gold.

Forgot about Ranmaru's Kekkei Genkai. He could sense chakra networks like a Byakugan but he can also create them as well in order to throw off sensory jutsu.

Hey! this was such an awesome video and got me thinking, and I'm sure someone else has addressed it but what about Dust Release?

Top notch video but you forgot to mention at #1 that it's basically infitine izanagi. It's a combination of yin-yang nature release that was used by the So6P to create the tailed beasts for instance. Users of this are theoretically Immortal, look at what danzo was able to do with a scuffed version of this, imagine what somebody would be able to do with an on demand infinite izanagi... Scary

Doesn't Garra's Kekai genkai work by him weaving minerals into his sand to make it more dense?

I've heard about Wood Release being a combination of Earth, Water, and Yang Release which would explain why Mud Release has a different name, as it's only made up of Water and Earth And that also would explain the weird properties Wood Release has like constrainting tailed beasts

My understanding why wood release is super effective against tailed beasts, is because Wood release is essentially the power of the Divine Tree. The Divine Tree is also a manifestation of the 10tails,meaning that they are interconnected with the other tailed beasts. Therefore it can absorb tailed beast Chakra, because as I said, wood release behaves as the Divine Tree.

Correct me if I'm wrong... But Haku's mirrors don't let him teleport. During his fight with Sasuke and Naruto, Sasuke was about to hit his leg with a fireball while he leapt from one mirror to the other.

maintaining the teleportation speed takes a significant amount of chakra, so Haku basically starts at x speed and then slowed down over time to the point where sasuke could see Haku's movements with same eyes that couldn't keep up with Lee.

With Sakon and Ukon, you missed something, when Kiba stabbed himself, Ukon didnt just feel the pain, but actually had a stab wound. So for some reason, physical attacks on the host, would infact get translated, to the parasite. And they didnt transform into anything else, but a human body, so even is the possibility is there, atm they cant actually shapeshift, and have to stay human. This is probably nerfed, so they can be defeated, because their jutsu was said to be used for assasinations, (and its pretty hard to do, when you die with the host). Also, they porbably didnt leave out there head, just for fun, they probably need to breath, while inside someone. (Also its pretty obvious, when they cant fully merge into onr another, and sleep there without their head stickimg out). They also didn't seem to able to only manifest parts, or I mean, manifest 2 different parts, in 2 different hosts at the same time.

Sakon and Ukon ability is a good exemple in Naruto of what a nerfed Jutsu is ( what I mean they sacrifice the full capacity of a Jutsu for the benefits of the fight ) Even if Sakon and Ukon could only merge with the cells of the target even there it's still a degerous ability they could have recreated their body inside Kiba and burst out of him or make their hand come of his skull and be unaffected ( because Ukon is head isn't fused with the target body ) but in thos scenarios the fight won't be interesting And there are other examples: Futon Rasen Churiken Amaterasu flames Mei Boil release And many other Jutsu were voluntarily nerfed to make the fights more fair or interesting

If I'm not Mistaken, Hashirama was the only guy who was capable of using Sage Mode without having to pull nature chakra before

Wood release is just a amazing power, a original, charming and versatile: absorbing chackra, bijuu's counter, powerful clones, a kind of teleport that Zetsu can do (if he does, probably Hashirama does as well) through trees and the ground, giant forest of poisonous pollen, deadly branches... Well he can fight anyone on the show😅

Ryuzetsu's a chick, dude- Also funny enough Haku is the sole example of a Hiden within a Kekkei Genkai. The Crystal Ice Mirrors are a Hiden of Haku's clan and therefore not usable to just any old Ice Style user. Also personal head canon time! Crystal Release is a Kekkei Tota comprised of Earth, Wind and Water releases! Why? Because Wind+Water=Ice and ice is technically a crystal so adding Earth to it makes it more of a carbon based crystal.

Two things. I agree with pretty much all of the rankings in the video, a lot of this stuff is ridiculously op and oftentimes underutilized. Secondly, You didn't include Swift Release (Hiruko) and Dan Kato's Kekkei Genkei Spirit Transformation (The ability to turn into a spirit, fly long distances, and attack anyone miles upon miles away and they can't really do anything about it). I understand perfectly why Dust Release isn't on here since it is a Kekkei Tota (3 Nature Transformations) and not a Kekkei Genkei, I still am curious where you would rank it if you did include it, do you think you can humor me? Wood release has nature in it and the tailed beasts are composed of nature energy so that is how he suppressed the tailed beasts

I remember In the Anime there was A Magnet user that was reanimated and basically they could magnetize you if you let anything they have touched touch you ... I think his name was Toroi ... And honestly that made Magnet release OP in my opinion
