Being good at puppets with a full team of puppets is where it really gets hard. At least having to two god tier backups compensates for the slowness of puppets. Chiyo, sasori, kankuro. That's a rough team to win with.

If you’re using a puppet I recommend having a back up fighter (Sasuke, Neji, Minato) for when you’re puppet gets knocked down and they start rushing

I watched your gameplay so I can kind of tell that I must be playing to stagnate and staying in the same spot too much. What should I do against people that have quicker recovery and attack frames than me like the characters listed.

@@zyletheon2332 well there isn't much to do if the character if faster than you but you can predict them before they dash or jutsu or whatever so you won't get caught always try to throw a kunai or use a jutsu to try and stop them and pressure them to not attack or make them mess up, countering is also good if you use it right and if you get caught in a combo you can counter so you wont get caught also if they keep catching you in close range try to counter attack after they dash into your puppets guard you can counter attack, you can experiment with different attacks cause i can't tell you what to do except blocking a dash and dashing right after and going into a combo is a good counter but can get countered really easily so experiment a lot with counter attacking

First off, puppet masters are specifically trained to withstand enormous amounts of fast paced pressure so they don't crack. The puppet itself has low endurance when used as a shield, a good puppet master is agressive because their defence is weak, and their chakra runs out extremely fast because of it. Expose their weakpoints by dodging a lot and try to bring down the puppet if possible. Don't be predictable when throwing kunai and avoid their grabs so they don't have time to charge chakra. Puppets can combo into a grab extremely fast, so don't fight them head on. The puppet itself is a shield if used properly so if your fast enough and put on enough pressure it can be brought down when out paced or hit hard enough.Train your reaction time by dodging chakra dashes to expose the user, and try to stay in the middle of the master and the puppet. Grabs also bring down puppets so make use of that if you can't get to the controller (master). Good puppet masters always have the upper hand because of how few there are online, so train with someone who mains a puppet master or someone who's good with them in general. Try forcing your way through and using feints to expose them because they are hyper focused at every little thing.

It's Naruto dude just drink a red bull and play as pain or Minato or shisui or some shit that's it. It's not like mortal Kombat where you need all this memory and skill and experience. This game is all about the setup most battles are determined before they start just be OP. This game has like 12 honey badger characters you got options especially against puppets the weakest of the weak in the whole game.

Usually I can tell how good someone is by the way they complain I can tell that your not very good the only reason he got grab spammed was because he was too open plus I've gotten better this was months ago bud and puppets are long ranged characters it's not like I'm going to run up to him as a puppet user you have to keep your distance you have absolutely zero strategy you complain about strategy but you don't read in between the lines of why I do it plus every puppet user uses god supports cause thats how you play puppets clearly you didn't play long enough to know that I bet your the type of player to just rush without thinking because he thinks it's morally right to not use any form strategy because they are too stupid to realize your supposed to make it hard for them no top player ever complained to me that I know why don't you fight me in a PM and see what happens☺️
