I have this in .308. .29" with handloads, 4 shots and consistently getting under half moa. At first I was on the fence about the feeding but it smoothed out. Love it now!

At 3:42 is that normal for the barrel to lift away from the stock like that?

Yes. The barrel is free floated, it doesn't touch the stock, precisely for the reason you see in the clip, so that the barrel can oscillate independently.
