A New Breed of Bolt-Action Rifle: Daniel Defense Delta5
Ойын-сауық
The Daniel Defense Delta5 comes ready for hunting seasons and long-range competition. With the pedigree of Daniel Defense’s history in the modern sporting rifle market, the company’s first bolt action rifle is a winner right out of the box. There’s a user-interchangeable cold hammer forged barrel and a stainless-steel action that is mechanically bedded and uses an integral recoil lug. The three-lug bolt has a 60-degree throw, floating bolt head and the bolt knob itself is removeable for easy alteration. The action is mechanically bedded, with the mini chassis and metalwork done in 6061 hard coat anodized aluminum.
The trigger really shines with a single-stage, adjustable Timney Elite Hunter, with settings from one-and-a-half to four-and-a-half pounds. The two-position safety moves quietly in the field, while the ambidextrous magazine release is easily accessible. The included picatinny scope base has 20 MOA of elevation, meaning less adjustment for longer-range shooting. The muzzle is threaded at 5/8 x24 TPI with a thread protector and a recessed crown for additional protection.

Nice shooting, thanks for the review
I shoot consistent quarter inch groups with my hand loads in my Delta 5. Great rifle!!
I love every review you do, you are exceptionally thorough and an excellent shot
Nice slick&clean designed gun.
Great review.
Thanks for the introduction.
I’m not even interested in bolt actions but this lady is so awesome I’d watch any video she is in
You can shoot girl…nice video keep them coming
I like the longer bolt handle,One of the most prolific snipers in history was a female...Arrow.
Lethal Lady 🎯
Thx for the show, it looks like a fantastic shooter. I currently have a Ruger Precision in 6.5 CM, and I am planning on buying this (in 6.5 CM) next month in time for spring shooting. If you have experience w/ the RPR, how would you compare the 2 rifles? The Delta 5 is almost twice the price, is it worth the difference in cost? I don't mind paying for quality and accuracy, do you think I'll see a difference (using factory ammo)?
Looks good. New? Accuracy International style though? Generally speaking.
Looks great but holy sh** not at that price in a million years

@Frank Deckard yeah but when you can buy two guns for a quarter of the price of one don't really need to change barrels do you

@@pauldavies7786 I personally would rather just have 1 platform, and not have to bounce around expensive glass from rifle to rifle, having to zero it everytime etc.. More of a convenience thing really. I just picked mine up new for 700 less than msrp. Figured id give it a try for the deal.

@@L4rceny Just got the black Delta 5 with a military discount (in the middle of the apocalypse even) for just about the same price, and holy HELL is it quality.
Looks like the safety is engaged with every bolt opening ?

I thought it looks pretty sick
Over 2000 dollars for this rifle. There are so many better choices that are half the price.
Sounds too much like gun control to me where the more expensive rifle is the one tooted as the one that makes the good groups on the target not the person shooting it My DB10ELB308 only weighs 10 pounds with a thermal scope mounted on it and even it will shoot 1/2 inch groups with factory hunting ammo and cost half as much at $1,011 so oh well....I'm not sold on anything Danial Defense until they bring the obvious price gouging down to acceptable levels To me it is almost like someone at their factory said, Check it out we can make these for $200 each and sell them for over $2000 each and them suckers will never know anything but buy them thinking it will make them a better shot because they paid twice as much and when it does not we will just tell them they used the wrong ammo LOL My Browning 7mm08 made a .294 diameter one hole group with five shots of hunting ammo at 100 yards and only cost $500 so oh well, I sure would not pay four times more than I paid for it to do anything less like they say on their own website I even show my 7mm08 shooting a coat hanger size wire in half at 100 yards on the first shot using hunting ammo on my channel and that would be almost impossible shooting 3/4 inch groups at that range like they brag about doing using high grade match ammo Funny but I have two super accurate rifles now and saved over $500 by not buying only one rifle from Danial Defense which is something Danial Defense should take note of if they want to sell more rifles to people like me I think Diamondback firearms already figured that out which is why I own a DB10ELB308 and nothing whatsoever from Danial Defense

I agree, Daniel defense is trash compared to companies like LMT LWRC and KAC. But they still dope tho
