Basically comedians are living proof that if you think about what your say before you say it you tend to not sound like a dumbass (aka most other people who just say what comes to their mind)

    I remember seeing Ralphie before I left for my first duty station, it was a red eye and you could tell he was exhausted, maybe coming from a show but he was gracious enough to allow us a photo op and he wished us well and kept us entertained on our laptops whenever we deployed. RIP Big Ese

    Ralphie, like the true greats in the spirit of George Carlin and others, transcended comedy. To be able to transform from mostly sexual humor and stereotyping racial humor to intellectual philosophy mixed with humor is a true gift. Sad his life problems took him so young. Hard to fathom the commentary and contributions he still had in him.

    I know this is very late but I love to express it every time Ralphie comes across my screen or something/someone reminds me of him, but Miss you dearly Ralphie, one in a million, of a kind, one true human being, one taken way too early and one that I could listen to talk for hours and enjoy every second. This country and world needs another one just like you right now. I discovered him yesterday on youtube, and today I am reading the comments on this page and I find out that he is dead.
