Hello.
I'm Boone Bake.
Today I made a beautiful rainbow jelly roll cake.
I put milk cream on a soft and fluffy vanilla cake and rolled it up.
And I put strawberries in the middle.
It's a very basic roll cake, but I made it a little more special and beautiful.
The tangy rainbow jelly was made using ** without using a special mold.
Actually, this jelly tastes really good on its own.
As I ate it while testing, I became addicted.
It is so chewy and has a great taste and texture.
I made it in a rainbow color full of excitement, and it is a fantasy itself.

● Cup measure standard
237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
Heavy Cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)
● Cake finished size [ 22cm * 9cm (D) ]
● Strawberry Roll Cake
(Mold size: 25cm*25cm)
3 yolks
12g sugar (1Tbsp)
a pinch of salt
3ml vanilla extract
30g vegetable oil (2Tbsp)
35g Milk (2Tbsp+1tsp)
55g cake flour (1/3 cup + 1/2Tbsp)
3 egg whites
55g sugar (1/4 com)
● Milk cream
150g whipped cream (2/3 cup)
15g sweetened condensed milk (1Tbsp)
7 g sugar (2 tsp)
● Rainbow Jelly
(**Recipe below is required for each color.
- Recipe that can make 4 per color)
(Straw diameter 12mm, length 25cm*12ea/ 22cm*12ea)
25g sugar (2Tbsp)
3g Konjac (1tsp)
120g water (1/2 cup)
3ml lemon juice
60g cream cheese ( 1/3 cup )
15g sugar ( 1Tbsp )
15g unsweetened yogurt ( 1Tbsp )
3ml lemon juice
2ml vanilla extract
2 g powdered gelatin ( 1/2 tsp )
10 g (2 tsp) water
50g Heavy cream (80% whipped) ( 3Tbsp+1tsp - before whipping)
●What about konjac?
Konjac is a food made by processing the kohlrabi of the Old Testament vegetable and belongs to the potato and starch category.
It has the characteristic of expanding its volume when water is absorbed, so it is easy to feel full even with a small amount, so it is often used as a diet food.
Konjac has no special nutrients such as protein, fat, or vitamins, but is rich in dietary fiber called glucomannan.
It is also rich in minerals such as calcium, sodium, potassium and phosphorus.
It is effective for obesity, constipation, and bowel movements, and has been used as an anti-obesity treatment for emperors in China since ancient times.
And in Okinawa, Japan's representative village of longevity, it is said that konjac is eaten at every meal.
The reason konjac is gaining popularity these days is because it can give you a feeling of fullness even with a small amount and because it contains fewer calories, it is perfect for dieting.
However, since konjac lacks essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, and micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals, it is important to note that nutritional imbalance may occur if konjac is used for every meal.
In addition, it is important to drink enough water when consuming konjac because konjac can cause constipation if there is not enough water.

It is an additive made from the extract of red algae seaweed and is widely used as a food thickener, stabilizer, and gelling agent.
It is widely used in the manufacture of many foods and is also used as a substitute for fat in low-fat foods.
It is widely used to increase the viscosity to give a sticky feeling or to soften the texture.
Konjac differs from country to country, so if you live in a low-viscosity area, you can increase the viscosity of konjac by adding a small amount of carrageenan.

🤣😂🤣 That's some serious steps and dedication to make this cake. You really have to love cake, or love the person you make this for. I'd only make this as a "coming out" celebration cake. 😆

Not everyone can record videos like this you need to be in a very quite place. So the people that lives in houses where there’s kids around, dogs barking, or noisy neighbors, they definitely need to put some background music.
That's the prettiest cake I've ever seen in my life. Like something out of a magical unicorn, carebear cartoon land. Amazing.
