Is there temperature setting before you pour the gelatine for its base? I can see it was still hot when you pour it. Im afraid the designs will melt, but it wasnt. Its beautiful!

From what I've read they tend to use like flat sprite instead of water for flavor, or add different flavors of soda for the different colors, and some do use flavor extracts. The white is a milk/ or coconut milk based one usually, they also use Kanten which is a white color and semi-translucent jelly. Hope this helps, I'm not an expert just been researching so I can do it myself.

i learned how to make this floweres in clear jello, its called 3D jello the ones i make i do put flavor like strawberry mine taste amazing i been told because i make individual flowers and sell them!! i just never put hot jello on top of jello i always let it cool off first
