Great Idea!

I did order the two ton jacks because they are slightly cheaper and difference in Height was minimal, less than one quarter of a inch which should be no prob. I have investigated adhering UHMV to the jacks which might be an issue as Special glue might be needed so I went with the felt a la you, the garage gym guru. Receiving the jacks probably this week, I will let you how I like your clever idea. Thanks again, Willie.

I put the PAIR OF JACKS in my Amazon cart, pondering to buy. Let me know if you pull the plug on UHMV TAPE , if so you Could post a video on how well it works. I would be very Interested. Anyway, love your reviews, keep pumping and looking forward to More reviews. Great work!

I love this idea. I have two sets of jack stands already. Giving them a nice coat of paint and making use of them.

Maybe the UHMV TAPE is expensive, but so are MANY SPECIALITY BARS. I looked it up unless I am missing something about $15 for $15 feet of tape.

Hello how is this system holding up? Do you prefer it to the Titan stands you had? Im thinking of a system for my curl bar , might try the jacks also , can they scratch they flooring?

They both work well have their good and bad. The Titans are nice because they can reach higher but are big for the gym. The Jack’s are nice because they are small and move easy. No scratching on the floor.

Did you know you can buy UHMV TAPE on Amazon, rather than using felt? It might work better to protect the bar? Your thoughts?

@@stefanomancini6569 that bar is a curl bar so I wouldn’t use it for deadlifts. Curls, rows etc would be fine
