Looks great. With a gym like that, you could help someone get in shape, get a training partner, and someone to help set up and build equipment all in one person.

Great setup brother, and oh my friggin God u just solved my eyesore hot water heater problem. Oh and about your 2.0 bench, if u ever feel that itch to upgrade, Rogue now sells their new pads individually, just received mine last week and now my 5 year old 2.0 bench has a brand new look for only a couple of hundred bucks instead of spending over $1K on their newest bench. Stay safe out there and thank you for your service. 🤙🏾

They are all hooks that I bought on Amazon. If you just type in wall control hooks, it should pop up.

Just leverage. The triangle back just sits under the metal bar and holds them.

Question on your Bully Glyder. Did you get the 10 inch extension? Thoughts on that? Their website lists it as an option so I was curious as to why someone would need it.

You really only need the extension if you have the rogue slinger. It’s 💯 worth it. The Glyder is an amazing piece of equipment

I see you mounted your rack on the adjacent wall of the garage door - did you level it from the slope or did you just leave it and if so do you notice a major difference?

Just left it and no I don’t see any difference. Honestly I didn’t even ever notice it until I put the slinger up and saw the difference in space. It doesn’t feel any different on either side

I was watching some of your Synergee bar reviews before I saw this video. I notice the bars are all black now. Did you alter them in some way, or did you get new ones? Everything in the gym looks amazing by the way.

I use small magnets and they don’t come off but they will have to be rearranged and fixed though. Amazon has them

How do you train your calfs?

Calf raises on a flat surface. Right now I use the STRAYDOG attachment. Other times I will use a landmine attachment

Not bad, but all the Rogue fitness stuff confirms that you overpaid, could have probably saved a ton with Rep

Maybe but then I would have Rep instead of Rogue. Rep isn’t as good as rogue

@azuwhr That was the case a few years ago, but not anymore, dollar to dollar, Rep has pulled ahead, you have to overspend by a lot on Rogue to get something better, and then you just get diminishing returns. Such as with the Rogue Black Manta costing about $500 more than the Rep Blackwing, but only being a little better, certainly not $500 better.

No never do. I feel like when I used to it would just blow in a bunch of dirt and make a mess.
