Man I just love Quicksilvers personality, no matter if it's an emergency or not, he still enjoys messing around with people for fun while knowing his priorities, like at 0:38 when he's about to save Moira, he just stands in a romantic dancing position while trying to kiss her for fun before saving her, later at 1:36, he just stands for a while reacting with disgust to the guy who's trying to kiss his girlfriend. Evan Peters was perfect for acting as Quicksilver.

Think whatever you want about Fox's X Men movies, but this is one of the most memorable scenes in the history of superhero movies!

I love all the extra things Quicksilver does while saving everyone, like how he fixed that one guys hair, took the girl's drink and even ate the majority of a pizza, it really adds personality to the character B)

Quicksilver series. I don't think movie would work as well, he isn't as well known as other X-men characters. As series it could gather some following and then make a movie. Most definitely something that I would watch. Character is both funny and cool at the same time. A bit like Deathpool, but more child-friendly way.

This is easily the best Quicksilver ever and I'm kinda mad that he wasn't always like this, both in looks and attitude.

For a speedster I loved the fact he was racing against time. The whole scene made you feel there was a chance he'd fail. That's what makes Marvel better... Flash would just save everyone in the snap of your fingers like it was nothing.

😅It's great but its not like that unique lol. I like quicksilver but he's been like this ever since they created him to be Marvel's "Flash". Pretty common character trope even outside of marvel and dc.

A perfect example of how to do your job while still loving it

He really should have his own movie.

I think he's the best choice as the starting point of the MCU/Fox Marvel crossover.

In the right place at the right time with the right personality and the right powers.

The last two saved have already realized their lives are in danger and have either just started running them selves or had already been in a full on run when Quicksilver catches up to them. No one up until that point ( including the dog ) had had time to process and react to what was happening. That's how ridiculously fast he is.

In this, its like time stop byitself, and he can even be more quick while the time stop. he just saved the whole lots of them in mere fraction of seconds. @@zapzap9610 the flash is WAAAAAAY faster. quicksilver has max speed, the flash doesnt. the flash is faster than light, quicksilver isnt. also the flash got other cool powers like speed-steal (he stole the speed of an entire race and everyone on earth to become faster than teleportation).

I like how Quicksilver just runs in not knowing what he will find and he's just like 'oh, an explosion. cool. time to save everybody'

one of the best special effects scenes of all time.

A gem out of the rough . Some beautifully crafted moments of gentle humour and almost slap stick comedy combined , to show the good qualities of a vharacter , without a word of dialogue spoken . Hats off to the creative team , who must have spent a hel of a long time crafting this sequence .

X-men: Days of futures past: Quicksilver saves everyone. X-Men: Apocalypse: Quicksilver saves everyone. Wanda-vision: Quicksilver saves the X-men fanchise via cameo.

They were fighting against Ultron and not an explosion. Its also more about the time Qs had them to react from seeing what was going to happen to Hawkeye and the Kid. Like later in the explosión, to save the other kids, QS couldn’t grab them one by and place them outside anymore, he had to throw them outside.. same thing, you’re brain is just too slow to think of it.

It’s more like the slo-mo is turned off when he moves fast, he is constantly moving fast, it’s just seen in slo-mo and then shows it as his actual speed, we are seeing it in his perspective, also the explosion goes faster when he “speeds up”.

This is what makes his defeat in apocalypse even more sad. The guy made what he wanted in 1-2 seconds time-space, almost unlimited speed. There's no way that he could be defeated by anyone who is not as fast as him.
