    Going to do this for 3 weeks or at least until i see a difference Day 1 (3/5/24) - ✅ very hard, cant do scissors, and those crunches properly Day 2 (4/5/24) - ✅ becomes easier, done scissors properly and first crunches buts till struggles with seated crunches Day 3 (5/5/24) - ✅ so much easier, still struggles with seated crunches somehow. Still no changes Day 4 (6/5/24) - ✅ Day 5 (7/5/24 - ✅ Had to skip a few days bcs im busy with exam and stuff. But, i will continue this today!! (14/5/24) Day 6 (14/5/24) - ✅ I'm back to update this!! Did this and it became so much easier, I did it without rest and now I can do crunches properly!! Haven't seen anything yet but I'm definitely improving 15/5/24 - ❌ 16/5/24 - ❌ Day 7 (17/5/24) - ✅ Day 8 (18/5/24) - ✅ Day 9 (19/5/24) - ✅ Guys, I'm restarting my progress since I wasn't able to stay consistent. Back to day 1 again 😭😭 Oh btw, just so u know, I do 2 sets of this - if u dont mind please help me stay consistent by liking or anything-

    Day 1 - No difference yet Day 2 - slightly getting slimmer and smarller Day 3 - I see so much difference omg Day 4 - No difference today i olmost died and my whole body were shaking Day 5 - little difference and i olmost collapse bcs of the crunches Day 7 - barely getting smaller though Day 8 - Day 9 - Day 10 - Doing this twice a day😭😭😭 ( SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING ) Like to reminde me! 💞

    Ok here srarte it yesterday here's the updates Day 1 - found it difficult but did it without pain Day 2 - severe cramps in abdomen and unable to do it properly still somehow completed Day 3- still feeling a bit of cramps near bladder area but completed ❤️ Ok here's the update sorry i almost forgot to edit the comments Day 4 - everything felt a bit easier and after working on my diet i can see some changes in body Day 5 - day 5 was a rollercoaster ride i did this work out thinking that nothing will happen but I don't know why felt cramps even on day 5 but still overall was amazing and I'm gonna continue it for few more weeks... Day -6 Day -7 Remind me by liking comment I'll update everyday

    @@yordanoskassahun225no not really, the fat has to get burned by cardio, what u eat, etc. But this will help your muscle get stronger therefore you may see a “flat” difference but it wont fully take the fat away :)

    I've been struggling from belly fat a lot and being a teenager it makes me so insecure after seeing all the positive comments I am going to start my new journey and I hope this will work for me Day 1: did every exercise without a break ......sweating a lot Day 2: done it without any pain Day 3: did it 2 times Day 4: did it once and i am starting to see changes Day 5: didn't do it got my periods Day 6 : did it only once Day 7 : did it twice (okay so guys I am so happy that I can se visble results it's working and I am so happy😭✨️ but still more to do) Let's count on more daysss pls motivate me I am so lazy

    Doing this ONCE A DAY for 14 days! Pls remind me by liking Day 1: ✅ it was good and I felt the burn !! Day 2: ✅ I did the workout in the morning and I had taekwondo practice it was awesome as I had a lot of energy Day 3:✅ was so much easier then day 1 and I’m feeling energized! Day 4: ✅ I got my period but finished it Day 5: ✅ ohm I’m dying😭 Dus 6: ✅ i was exhausted but it worked Day 7: ✅ honestly I’m getting used to it and seeing much better results Day 8: ✅ it is so easy now! Day:9 ✅ OKAYY PURR I SEE RESULTS Day 10:✅ my stomach is killing meee but that ain’t stop me Day 11:✅ done Day 12: ✅ my stomach hurts but I did it Day 13: ✅ tomorrow last day y’all!! Day 14: ✅ WAS WORTH IT BEGIN: 68KG AFTER: 65,1KG MY STOMACH IS SO MUCH FLATTER OMG!! guys remember to eat but try eating healthier, it’s okay to snack and do this atleast 5-6x a week! Take rest between! U GOT THIS ITS AMAZING

    After seeing all the comments about how they got the results in one week or like two weeks, I decided to try. I normally just do till 3 days and smhw stop doing it already but I decided to push through it (this and other few workouts). I need myself a glow up so I have been pushing harder. I was 82.8 kg when I started, now I am 81.0 kg. There is a difference absolutely (not that much, but still) and I love it. I will continue doing the workouts and get my glow up (hopefully 😭). I am so tired of being the so called “fat one” in my family. Jiayouz to all of u as well !!

    if only I found this earlier, Im a teenager and struggling so much mentally and due to all that stress I gained weight and I hate my lower stomach so much, leading to more insecurities. I used multiple other workouts but none worked for me, I'm now trying this one and from the comments I'm positive this will work. I want to feel comfortable in my own body and more secure

    I will do this workout every day from now on! Current weight: 51.6 kg Height: 156 cm Goal weight: 42 kg Day 1: it was okay, I’m struggling with the scissors exercise tho. Except for that, it was pretty easy! Love it! Day 2: I can’t see changes yet but the exercises are getting easier and I lost a little bit of weight! Day 3: I am currently 49.7 kg! I am also doing the egg diet! This exercise is really helping keeping me fit. Day 4: I can see a tiny bit of changes! And the exercises are getting much more easier Day 5: I forgot to Update but I did the workout. (Like to remind me please) Day 6: I am currently at 49 kg and the workout got surprisingly easy! I will update tomorrow Day 7: I forgot to update and do the workout but I’m back! I am currently at 48 kg and I’m not doing any diets btw! Update: so I’ve been doing this for a month now and I’ve seen so so good results! I really recommend doing this

    heyy im going to be doing this for a week to see if i have abs or at least a slimmer stomach ✅ DAY 1: It was painful at first, but i got through the whole thing it was really nice ( remind me to update please ) ✅ DAY 2: I did it!! It was super easy, my abs were burning during the seated crunches, but I got through it easily! (remind to update) 🚫 DAY 3: Didn't have any time today :( ✅DAY 4: Since I didn't do it yesterday, it was a lot harder. I did get my period, so the cramps were hitting in, but I got through it! (please remind to update) 🚫DAY 5: Couldn't do it, I had soo much pain I could barely move, hopefully tomorrow I can do it! (ty for reminding me!! pls keep helping me to update :3 ✅DAY 6: I'm so sorry i forgot to update :( ✅DAY 7: Forgot to update :/ Also , I decided to do this until school starts. My school starts in August 14th, 2024, and I'm trying to see if I can get a body glow up for 7th Grade. I did finish week one, I did see some results with my lower belly, but I also kept a good diet as well. I forgot to mention that I am also doing this workout, Chloe Ting 2020 shred ab workout, Daisy Keech hourglass ab, (8min) ,workout, and Gloria Song's inner thigh workout in bed (6min). So, I'm doing 3 workouts a day Mon-Fri and Sat and Sun are rest days because we do need rest days. I apologize for the late results but thank you for all the support and motivation. I will keep updating :)

    Trying to do this for a week, if i am able to not give up i’ll do it for another week. (43 kg, 13 years of life.) day 1- only did it once this day, couldn’t figure out how to do the last one but i feel 100% better! (update, i ended up doing it twice for my nighttime workout, i figured out how to do the last one and feel relieved, make sure to stay hydrated yall! ❤️❤️) day 2- this day i ended up doing a different work out, similar to this one though. only did it once and lost a lot of motivation this day… went on a walk. day 3- i ate a lot today, really ashamed. i did some weight workouts with dumbbells (5 pounds each). felt really sick after. i did the workout and it felt really quick oddly? day 4- so far i did it in the morning, i have yet to do it at night. i did it in my bed because i was sooo tired. i also did a standing workout. day 5- ✔️ felt nice. day 6- didn’t do it in the morning, was busy packing since i’m moving, kinda stressed but i did some workouts at night! my abdomen really hurt with all the running i did earlier. day 7- (i have a b belly and stomach issues, my digestive system is really sensitive. I think What i have is either genetic or just problems with digesting (bloating) although i think it is actual weight so. I’ve unfortunately gotten so sensitive about my slight chub i’ve gone as far to starving myself, unfortunately that just didn’t work for me. i’ve worked out plenty and will only ever see very slight changes, this time im going to try this work out. AND NOT DRINKING ANY SODA AND TRYING TO STAY AWAY FROM MOST CANDY‼️)

    woah I'm really surprised with how fast the results happened I must have tried thousands of workouts to try get rid of my lower belly fat but so far this is the only one out of the thousands that has worked for me! nearly all of it gone in 2 days!!     I have seen massive results!!! Been doing these about 2 months now. My stomach is flatter, much flatter. Especially the upper part, there was always a roll that stuck out.     Doing this everyday for 2 weeks, like this comment to remind me CW: 59 kg GW: 46-52 kg With this excercise I'll sometimes also do other excercises, eat more healthy, drink alot of water, walk alot daily, take cold showers and get enough sleep Start date: 25/4/24 End date: 9/5/24 WEEK 1 Day 1 - ✅️ Ok. This was WAY harder than I expected, but you can feel the burn very quickly, so I'm sure this will work. Maybe it was just hard because I wasn't wearing the right pants, I'll have to try it out with leggings next time, tbh I gave up many times but we'll improve!!! Day 2 - ✅️ Again I nearly died. I went to karate right before this and had a slight harder training this time, so I already was a little exhausted. I didn't see a change this morning which was quite logical. Day 3 - ❌️ I didn't do it, it was too late and I was busy the whole day. BUT, I DID SEE SOME GREAT RESULTS! Day 4 - ✅️ Did it. I feel a pain in my lower belly lately whenever I workout. I promise that this workout will slowly get easier, I've been stopping way less lately and can do things quicker Day 5 - ❌️ Sorry guys I didn't do it again Day 6 - ✅️ i did itttt. This workout is VERY effective. The more pain, the more effective it is. No pain no gain. You can do this guys!! Day 7 - ✅️ Yassss my final day of week 1 and I did it again. This morning I saw really good results and I was skinny af. This workout works very fast for me, it's worth it and I'm so happy I managed to get this far Some other things I did was sometimes take cold showers, drink more water, try eating more healthy and most of the days I slept well.     It's normal! Your muscles aren't used to that much exertion, so it hurts. But the pain will subside as days pass by.

    Your videos are terrific! I watch a bunch. Been working out with u for about 4 months and for sure a difference, thank you!! Sometimes u ask for suggestions for other videos... well I have muscular thighs, calves and butt. I do not want my butt or thighs to get any larger but my upper thighs (where gap should be and under butt) could use work. Just need a way to exercise that hopefully won't make anything larger.     I almost had a stroke doing this 😔 like for updates Day - 1 feeling the burn and it was really really hard and tiring but her adorable voice makes me keep it up , i had to take 2secs rest while doing it since im bad at it Day - 2 feeling the burn, doing alot better still having problems with the scissor exercise Yo gais am back and indeed it works really well, if u do it 2 times a day together!! Don't starve yourself to get fit! Eating is also a part of exercise and if you don't eat well you'll look all "unhealthy" And we don't want your pretti face to get ruined! Eat as much as you want, just exercise :D

    I work out 3-5 times a week and usually have 4-2 rest days. Usually I stick to longer workouts (mostly 20-30 minutes) but if i'm just *really* exhausted after a long day I do this. To the people reading this: Keep going! Don't forget to drink water!

    Doing this for 1 week !! Waist - 28 inch Belly - 35 inch Weight - 58kg Day 1 : ✅ Quite hard but i managed to do this 😅 Day 2 : ✅ Completed!! I can feel the burn in my belly 😭👍 but ofc no results yet Day 3 : ✅ As always the last exercise didn't failed to make me half dead 💀 I can actually feel the changes in belly !!     I am a 14 year old girl who has always struggled so much with stubborn fat. I kid you not I have only done this for 3 days and the difference is actually insane. Everyone has different bodies, so it might take a little longer to see results. But if you push yourself and keep on doing it I promise you, you will receive the results you want.

    Guys i 100 percent recommend this is my go to abs exercise. I’ve done this exercises for about 3 weeks already and i saw a significant difference within my lower belly. I wanted a workout where i could feel the burn. This gives my abs the burn that it needs. I did it once a day and without diet btw. I love this vid……❤

    As a pre teen, I’ve had a lower belly pooch deformed about 3 years now and I’ve been struggling to get rid of it. I will keep you guys updated! Day 1: tough and took about 5 breaks. Day 2: still a little thought but getting there with less breaks Day 3: did it with no breaks Day 4: getting easier, did it with no breaks and I am stating to see my pooch get smaller! Day 5: workout got easier for me but my pooch is still there Day 6: pretty easy, did it no problem Day 7:pretty easy, although my pooch still barely goes away.

    I'm going to be doing this every day for a week and hopefully not forgetting to do it some days!!😅 Day 1- This is the first day of this week of doing workout but i have done this before but not everyday so it wasn't that hard. My legs were kind of shaking but thats because i did more videos before this. It was good and I didn't struggle much. Whenever I'm doing the seated crunches, i hear her saying "You made it until here, you are not stopping now" and I give more energy even though it's for a few seconds. Sorry for yapping have a nice day💅🏻😂😭💝 Day 2- It was the same as yesterday and much easier Day 3- I really didn't feel like it so I took a day off😭 also I'm planning to do this 4-5 times a week Day 4- I was really busy today so I only did it once and I didn't do all of the exercises😭😭 Day 5- It was the same as the other days Day 6- Easy not hard and hopefully i see results and if not i will try one more week😆 Also i looked in the mirror and i see myself a tiny tiny tiny tiny bit skinnier than before so i kinda look like the after pic when you press on this video. I REALLY want to be skinny this summer😭😭 Day 7- I did this monday cuz Sunday is my rest day according to the bible and my religion 😌 and mo results also im a slow metabolism girly so.. yea😭 probably gonna do it one more week😭✨😅 Day 8- No difference😭☹️💔 but i will do other workouts too to get skinnier faster and burn more fat

    I’m going on a beach trip in 13 days I will update my changes day 1= ✅ it was extremely difficult to keep my back straight, I try around 7 videos and it was impossible for me to finish them, but I did a acceptable job in this one, I will do this one’s a day + 30 of bike and I will try to do some other videos( if I get more fit) I will add the information in each day + my meals. Day 2 I had an horrible pain in the abdominal section Day 3 I did it and it was worst than day 1 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Day 11 Day 12 Day 13

    Current weight :54 The weight I want :45 LETS GET STARTED DAY1: It was difficult and hard for me to do I had to stop everytime but I can feel that it burn out my fats especially in the lower belly Day 2: the exercise seems a little bit easy and I don't have to stop that much while exercising and I can see my muscles started to come out Day 3: the exercise was now not that much difficult

    I've been doing this for 4 days now ! I'm naturally curvy despise being active daily and eating healthily (plus I don't have a big appetite), but I don't lose weight nor do I get slimmer no matter what I do, so I don't expect to see results, but at least it feels great and it's challenging me !     @@Mizukaa0 I did see incredible results in my upper belly (my abs are showing !!! whaaaat), despite the hormonal belly not going anywhere, my abs feel incredibly strong and my upper love handles signifcantly reduced ! I've been doing it every single day for over a month now and I feel amazing !
