Man, these workouts are great. My bro science brain didn’t think highly of callisthenics. I am taking a break from barbell as i realised that I do not have full control of my body and it’s annoying 😂 Thanks again sir

Heya, I did your 30mins shoulders and back dumbbell workout and then finished off with this quick abs at home workout. I felt so much better now. I had severe allergic rhinitis for two weeks and this is my first workout. Thank you so much Tom Peto these are simple and yet very effective abs workout. I’m from Belgium. Great workout! My lower back tends to arch, do do you have suggestions which muscles to strengthen? I have a bad posture as well

Transverse abs strengthened with deadbug exercise or just modifying these exercises by bending legs more or having a legs in a more upright position.
Balancing is a must.. And I got a head ache after.. 😅

Depends how much fat you have left to get rid of before revealing your Ab muscles. This is great for developing your Abdominal muscles but try one of my longer workouts to help contribute towards fat loss 👍🏼
