The company I work for makes and powder coats the metal components for these. It’s nice to see what we make in use.

Would love to see more videos of this lightbar actually being used outside. And a pov from in the cab at night. How much light output thru the glass while still having stock headlights on.

Did you run into anything like that while installing? Any surprises that he forgot to mention or that he made it look easy, but it was not? Getting ready to install this and wanted to prep.

Great idea and looks like a quality light bar. Love the idea of eliminating the "alien abduction beam sound" coming from the external light bar. But I'm not happy about reducing the upward visibility through the windshield. Some traffic lights are already hard to see when I'm first at the intersection.

Looks like a great product and I will get one for my Jeep but will have to wait for a very good sale, a bit of a sticker shock for me right now. so as now it’s on my wish list along with a great many other wishes for my Jeep.

Great video. Great product, but I have a suggestion. How about a power outlet at the center of the light bar and a mounting bracket for radios. The bracket could be an option. Antenna wiring could follow the power wiring down the A pillar. I could splice into the light bar wiring and make my own bracket, but it would be a really cool feature.

I been waiting to install a light bar of some kind, no idea why but I been hesitant now a couple of years. I am glad I have, I neeeeeeeed this. This is the light bar I want. I will have to wait until the JK version is out. womp womp

Hey Rob. Great video. Did you mention that people with adaptive cruise can’t use this? I’ve heard a couple people say that the bar wasn’t tight so glare came in the cabin. Can you address this and or add in some video from your POV outside in the dark? Happy new year sir!

I think this is interesting! I like that it is stealth. But concerned about the glare you’d get in the Jeep off the windshield. Can you show us more video and pictures from inside the jeep in the dark with both the amber and white lights on. Thx

Flat windshield and rubber gaskets. There shouldn't be any glare if it's installed properly.

Yeah the only internal video shot i saw was at 10:48. Doesnt seem like there's any issues if installed correctly, but would be nice to see a few additional shots. Also wonder how the general visibility is with the bar taking up 1-2" of the top of the windshield.

Police and fire depts, have interior mounted light bars in some of their vehicles, I had one in mine when i was a Firefighter. Never had problems with a glare, and they were flashing.

@@gburchett1 Generally emergency lights do not have the output of a lightbar. Even then I've seen way more with bad glare than ones without. I wouldn't want this because of it. Even if I was I wouldn't chance it before I seen in person

This light is so amazing. I always though about this idea. Glad it's available. Way better specially if you want to take the roof off. Slic design. Only huge con is that it takes away headlight as someone who is tall, it will make it more difficult to drive with this light bar above. Otherwise an amazing light bar.

Would love one for my "new-to-me" 2011 FJ Cruiser. I do own a 2000 heavily modded xj but she is down for some repairs.

How well does it light? Does the window refract the light in a way that someone would not expect ?

I wish they made something like this for old XJ's.

I learned in my half a century of going around to sun, the more you take shit apart, the more chances it has of never to the same. It’s like the rattle you have in your vehicle that you can never find. If ain’t broke, do fix it.

Holy crap! After watching this video installation, I’m glad I have a JK! Good lord the JL and JT have WAY TOO MUCH going on inside the cabin space!

Haha, I just watched the install on the JK and all I can say is that I am glad I have a JL...my friend has a JK and every time I ride it it feel so small inside compared to my JLU. Also you have to take so much more of the dash apart on the JK...

The install video was spot on! I do have an issue is the light bleeding onto the dash. I also didn't receive any side edge gaskets. A little help here would be great for such an expensive item.

Looks like a great product and I cant wait to see it for the JK! What I want to know about the product is light refraction from the windshield at night? Or does pushing it up against the windshield eliminate that?

It’s hard enough to see some stuff through the small windshield, now it’s as small as a TJ window lol

While there is a slight loss of height for the light bar to mount, there is no detectable excess heat generated by the light bar that you can feel inside the Jeep.

This is not hard to install. I would caution although maybe I missed something on the website. The one piece only fits the vehicles with a flip mirror. It shows this in the manual. It is installed in my JT without ACC and its gonna stay even though it is not flush. I used weather-stripping to seal for glare. Just FYI. Great video, it is spot on for install. The blue clip on the power was the most annoying it took awhile(5 minutes) to figure out how to disconnect. No washers with kit so have those on hand to install the lightbar to bracket.

Rob I’m not mechanic inclined at all and stuff like that “scares” me to deal with but I have to be frank...you explain and show in a such good way that encourages me to give it a try, thank you! Can I use those lights as strobe lights as well?🤔

Next make a rgb party light lol .. All jokes aside this is an awesome product however I have on question and I hope it’s a yes ... When lowering the front windshield down to enjoy the outdoors on the gladiator will this not allow it or can I still drop the windshield

No strobe or wave patterns... Do you have a matching light bar for the rear glass? Would be useful for backing up on the trail at night as well as not getting rear ended by your buddies in your dust cloud.

Making the viewable area of the already small windshield shorter... I guess it should come with a warning for taller drivers.. you won’t see the lights at intersections anymore.

Quick question. If you have a Gladiator with the Mopar trailer brake controller. Can you still have this tapped into the same 12v location?
