Wow! That was awesome! Absolutely amazing & awesome!!! Thank u! I loved this video and that information you were writing on the board was so helpful! I miss my chiropractor from my younger days, but now i found you. I think my chiropractor is retired now. But thank god that i found your channel. He used to work with chinese medicine theories - i loved it! There were lots of acupuncture and stuff. He saved me with his practice. I am wondering something. How important is it for the body to drink properly? Like drinking tap water. Sometimes when i forget to drink water, i feel so tired. Best wishes from me in Sweden! 😊❤

I was looking for Qi Gong exercises by a female Olympian...can't find it now bc it was long ago. I really loved that one...alas, can't recall her name. I don't really need a lengthy explanation why it is healthy to practice. I just wish I had access to that video. Does anybody know about what I'm referring to?

Thank you so very much! Seeing this, my spirit leapt and I did the practice, following along and Bingo! I was revitalized and adding the breath and looking up instead of down. Now when my body starts feeling tight or like it wants sleep, when I’m well slept, doing these energy actions awaken me and my smiles return,, the blood pools when sitting or sleeping too much, this is not oxygenated blood and action movements are needed to move the blood and more oxygen in the blood brings the mind into centered focus. Feeling better, and look forward to exploring your site to keep adding more movements. Thank you. 🙏🏼💫🪷
